Inconvenient and disorganised

I booked and paid for this hostel, only to arrive and be told that my room had been given to someone else, and that I must have booked a male dormitory by mistake. Being a woman, I obviously didn't do so. After confirming that I did, in fact, book a non gendered dorm, and that I'd paid, the manager found somewhere else for me to stay for the night. After all the trouble it took to actually find the place, this was incredibly annoying. Even worse is the fact that I was not the only one this happened to on that day. When I arrived at my new hostel there was another girl who had the same problem, and was also sent to the new hostel. At least they were kind enough to drive me and my luggage to the next hostel. However, I was to return to Nreem the next day. So, they told me that after I'd left for the day, they would pick up my luggage and bring to to Nreem so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I confirmed this the next morning with the hostel I stayed at. When I arrived at Nreem that night, I asked at the counter if it was there, and was told it was. Yet, low and behold, when I arrived my room, my luggage wasn't there. Incredibly annoying. So I trudged back down the 3 flights of stairs to let the staff know. They were very apologetic and went to retrieve it for me. The rooms were reasonable, and the place very modern and clean. But it was definitely not worth the hassle, disorganisation or the price tag. Would not stay there again.

여태까지 가본 게스트하우스 중에 원탑입니다 순천역에서 도보로 10분거리에 있으며, 인테리어 진짜 엄청 이쁩니다ㅋㅋㅋ 하루 묵는데 수건도 도톰한 호텔 수건 2장 줘요ㅠㅠ완전 짱 게하에 마스코트 강아지랑 고양이 있는데 완전 핵졸귀고 쓰담거리면 배뒤집고ㅠㅠ심쿵ㅠㅠ 조식먹으러 식당갔는데 진심 카페인줄 알았습니다 너무 예뻐요 식기 하나하나 아담하고 신경쓴 느낌 체크아웃 할때도 관광지역 할인되는 방법, 가는 교통편, 경로 등등 상세하게 알려주셔서 사장님의 친절도에 너무 감동받고 갑니다....진짜 흥하세요....만약 순천 놀러가신다면 여기 강추합니다!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

느림 게스트 시스템 비추함.

저 후기 잘 안쓰는 사람입니다만, 여기는 후기를 써야하겠네요.. 사실에 입각해서요 주인장 인상은 매우 좋았습니다만, 저와 가족들은 더블 예약으로 여행 분위기 망쳤네요. (일부러 더블 예약을 받는지가 의심스럽더군요) 주인장이 대안으로 안내한다는 동일 수준의 숙소가 느림 2호점 이었다. 이대목도 할말 많습니다. 한참 떨어지는 시설인데 동일 비용을 받는다는것이다. 위치도 으슥한 골목길에 있었고, 숙소 1층이 큰창으로 밖에서 오롯히 내부는 다 노출되어 블라인드 치고 있어야 했다. 그나마 다행인건 여기서 1박만 했다는것이다. .

整體不錯

地點 ： 一出順天車站，沿著右走，見分叉路轉左直走見天橋巿直行，約十分鐘看見 guest house 尚算易找，環境也好。 整體： 員工有禮，略懂英語，有需要的話，會推介景點給你，及如何乘車。而房間沒有門鎖的，不過房內有locker,可將貴重物品放置入內才出門。整體不俗，價錢也合理。

오래된 숙박시설을 개조한듯한 건물. 그리고 곳곳에 붙어있는 글씨는 감성을 자극함. 휴게실에 많이 배치되어있는 배려심이 돋보여 콘센트는 좋았다. 아쉬웠던 것은 방의 신발두는곳에 조명이 없어 침실에서 욕실로 넘어갈때 많이 어두워서 조금 힘들었다. 그렇다고 침실문을 열어서 욕실에 들어간다음에 그걸 다시 닫고 욕실문을 닫기도 뭐하고..

아늑하고 아기자기한 감성의 이쁜 게스트하우스

접근성, 교통편이 좋았습니다. 찾기도 쉬웠고 버스정류장도 가까워 편했구요 침대가 커서 편하게 지냈습니다.

Beautiful Kitchen and access easy

The guest house is so convenient to other attraction. I will said it is fine if you only stay a few days in Suncheon. Many Koreans in the guest house. It seems this guest house is most for the local because no other language was written. It was hard for foreigners to read Korean.

Highly recommend

That's the best hostel I have been. It seems a family owned and operated hostel. The staff is so nice, you can feel that they treat you like friends more than a guest. I would say it might be a small city compared to Seoul and busan, everything here is just so 人情味. I don't even want to leave on the last day. This hostel is just too nice.

Guesthouse très bien située, exactement entre le terminal des bus [à moins de 10 min à pied] et la station de train. Ambiance générale et décor de la guesthouse très agréables: notamment le sous-sol dédié à la cuisine et espace commun. Petite salle "coiffage"avec à l'étage avec sèche-chevaux, fer à lisser, vernis, .... Staff très agréable et sympathique. Manager toujours disponible pour donner ses recommandations sur l'organisation des activités de chacun dans les environs. Petit-déjeuner simple mais disponible à tout à heure! plus de ventre vide même quand on doit partir à 5h du matin! Thé et café disponibles toute la journée. Petits bémols sur la qualité d'internet pas toujours stable ni rapide, sur la cuisine pas entièrement équipée/organisée pour qu'on puisse bien cuisiner, sur l'eau chaude [pas eu d'eau chaude le soir à la douche pendant 2 soirs].

Très bien comme base de découverte de la région

La décoration générale et l'arrangement de la guesthouse font de la guesthouse un endroit agréable où rester pour quelques jours. Chambres avec salle de bain attenante = pratique. Serviettes de toilette fournies et changées tous les jours. Produits de toilette (shampoing, après-shampoing, savon, dentifrice) fournis. Espace commun au sous-sol agréablement aménagé: thé et café disponibles toute la journée. Petit bémol quant à la cuisine pas super bien équipée pour faire de la cuisine. Petit-déjeuner simple mais disponible sans contrainte d'heure! Staff très sympathique et disponible. Très bonnes recommandations du Manager sur les activités à faire dans les environs.

4月末に2泊しました。順天駅から10分～15分で歩いて行け、順天総合バスターミナルにも歩いて10分ほどです。道路を挟んだ向かえには아랫장(アレッチャン)という食堂街のようなものがあり、週末はそこに屋台がたくさん出てお祭りみたいです^^ ツインのお部屋はベッドが２つと鏡とドライヤー、金庫があり、扉を出ると浴室があります。部屋の広さは十分広く、毎日掃除もしてくれます。浴室もトイレと一緒ですが広いです。 朝ごはんは地下の食堂の冷蔵庫にパンやジュースがあるので勝手に焼いたりして食べます。 ランドリー設備があると書いてありましたが、スタッフの方に聞いたら、スタッフの方がやってくれると。量によって値段は違って、私たちは２日分だったので2000ウォンでした。 ゲストハウスの割には個人の空間が保持されてます。全体的に気楽な感じで、安かったので、また順天に行く時は利用したいです～

交通便利，價錢合理

離順天站5至10分鐘路程，而且好近巴士站，來回唔同景點都好方便~ 我住4人房，房入面有locker可以鎖嘢~ 房入面有埋沖涼廁所風筒，唔使同好多人共用。 地庫係廚房/公共空間，夜晚買完嘢可以返黎食 而對面係夜市場，去嗰日仲遇正個市集，非常熱鬧~ 佢地仲有隻好得意既狗仔~叫花生:D 唯一唔方便，係附近冇便利店，但係有間雜貨店，都有好多嘢飲賣~不過夜晚就應該唔開了。

Nice and comfortabable Place

The staff is very nice and helpful but only 1 staff can speak English. The room is clean and tidy, but no key for the door, that mean if roommate lock the door inside the room, you must knock the door or ask staff to open. Furthermore, no WIFI in the room, only lobby and basement, where you can gathering or eating, access WIFI. The location of the guesthouse was very hard to find. I took 2 taxi to go there. All taxi drivers needed to call the guesthouse to ask them the exactly location. The guesthouse name shown on the house is totally different from the hotels.com. The real name is "Guest House" instead of Suncheon Guesthouse Nreem. To be honest, this guesthouse is a nice place and very comfortable. I will visit again if I go Suncheon next time.
