a bed was comfortable but we could hear the highway traffic from the room and couldn't set the fan to "on"to help drown out the noise. Overcharged me and told me I would get a $50 refund the next day when I checked out.... I have called about it with no response still. Over priced.

Clean, comfortable. Tried to modify my reservation through Hampton Inn, but was informed that I had to modify it through Hotels.com. That was a pain!!

All of the staff members we encountered were wonderful. We were traveling with our two dogs and I had asked for a ground level room as close to an exit door as possible...& they completely accommodated us with that request. Right outside our exit door was an area specifically for dogs with poop bags and everything 😄

I think the hotel is fair to good. It's pretty basic , nothing noteworthy. However, I would give it a better rating if it was priced fairly. I think it was grossly overpriced for just a basic hotel.

Great hotel! Family had a good time at the pool!
Good hotel. Family stay. Brought The grandkids over and used the pool. They loved it! The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Did not seem like a busy hotel, particularly with an outlet mall down the street. As a female traveling by myself, I just felt uncomfortable. Offered waffle for breakfast but no syrup.

Poor customer service
Ended up could not stay due to a breakdown, we were not going to get a mobile repairman until sunday morning. 3rd shift front desk said the manager would assist at 7 am, and call me about cancelling the last minute reservation that clearly could not make. I understand cancelation policy, but when you have a fire on your camper axle, we had no choice.

They canceled my reservation without my knowledge saying my card was declined because they ran my card the day before we were supposed to arrive and I had not put the money on that card because we always wait until we arrive at our destination just in case the card had gotten stolen Before we made it to the hotel... Also I put that I would pay at the hotel when I got there... So we had to find another hotel 30 minutes away because it is memorial weekend and all the hotels around that hotel are booked.

Sorry that your reservation canceled. but it was not cancelled by hotel. hotel does not make any changes with expedia reservations.

Manager please
I reserved online check in took 15 minutes. The man didn’t know what he was doing. Smoke alarm went off during the night at 1:30 had to wake up at 5:30. We couldn’t get it to shut off so we ended up pulling it off the wall would like a refund please I’m not satisfied at all.

The staff gave us excellent service. They helped me set up my digital keyless entry - which is really fun and convenient to use. The breakfast server even accommodated our gluten free dietary needs. We simply needed to ask. Great stay.
