Delivered as Promised

Our family, including teenagers, was very happy with the overall comfort of this property. The kitchen was very nicely stocked--everything we needed was there. The pool area was clean and much enjoyed by the kids. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I recommend it to others.

We love the Snowcreek condos and we've stayed at many of them. This is one of our top favorites after staying last week. It felt more updated than some others we've stayed in that felt older and more dingy. It was well stocked with dishes and pantry staples. The beds were comfortable. We couldn't find pool towels but there were plenty of bath towels. The pool and hot tub are never crowded. Snowcreek is quiet and well maintained and close to Sun Valley Lodge but more affordable. One thing families may want to note is that both bathrooms are on the bottom floor where the two bedrooms are. The common areas are on the main floor. So for anyone staying in the 2 beds up in the loft on the 3rd floor, they don't have a dresser and its a bit of a trek down to the bathroom. Not a big deal for our family though. No A/C in any of the Snowcreek condos that I know of, but always plenty of fans and it cools off at night.

Good location

The property is a good location however the attention of the little things that make a vacation easy were missing. The Kitchen was very cheaply equipped, there was limited paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen dish soap, washing detergent, no klennix, and one small bundle of firewood.....all apparently to save money, not provide guests with enough supplies for five nights. . The 10 AM check seems an unreasonable check out time and when I asked for one more hour to check out I was told that wasn't allowed. Feels like a rental.....Won't book here again.....

The stay was nothing short of great! Great location, over communication, and amenities for the price was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked to help create a great cooking environment. Club house was easy to access as well! Would highly recommend this unit!

Disaster - Property wasn’t cleaned from previous tenant and no communication to remedy from property

This entire stay was a disaster. Upon checking in and following the check in instructions (codes didn’t work), we realized the door was unlocked so we let ourselves in. The property had not be cleaned from the previous renters. Beds were unmade, dirty towels on the floor, dirty bathrooms, unflushed toilets, trash in the trash cans. We immediately contacted the property manager via email and phone and got voicemails and no response from the email. When we finally got a response they said they were looking into it. I’ve been contacted VRBO and was told that these were minor issues and that they would also look into it. The management company did not send anyone out to clean the property and we were forced to find another place to rent just a few doors down. During our state, they never sent anyone to clean the property and they never reached out to try to remedy the problem. Upon leaving, I did one last check to see if they had ever come to clean the property as they never followed up via phone or email. I walked through the property again, and it was exactly as it was when we checked in. This management company is terrible. I would not deal with them in the future if I didn’t have to. There was even a note from the actual owner of the unit, apologizing and telling me how embarrassed he was at the management company had not clean the unit. I am seeking a full refund.

The place was great, cozy and just what we needed but the dishwasher had over flowed and the there were mouse droppings in one of the bathrooms which was a minor setback. Would still return.

Old and smelly

I rented this property to enjoy time hiking with my family and my best friend whom I haven’t seen in several years. When we arrived, the unit was extremely hot and smelled like a dead animal. Additional the carpet was dirty and the furniture was old and worn out. I called the property manager to see what we could do about the smell and heat since there was no AC or fans. She wouldn’t talk to me on the phone, only by text. When I persisted, she said she could get some fans the next morning and try to bring air purifiers to neutralize the smell. I told her it wasn’t livable that night, yet she did nothing to accommodate us. We stayed in a hotel the first night on our dime, and then came back to the unit for the rest of the 10 day stay after they brought fans and purified the air. The unit was livable, but not a pleasant experience - especially for what we paid per night. A little customer service would have gone a long way to improve my experience!

The whole process was a breeze...from check-in to check-out. Clean, comfortable, easy walk to Dollar Mountain or bus stops. We enjoyed staying at this property and would return again.

Sun Valley Stay

Great condo...wonderful location. The club house was under construction so we weren't able to utilize the hot tub or game room. Other than that, the space was perfect with great accomodations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved the location for my 5 year old to walk to Dollar mountain ski lessons. Place well maintained except we had to ask a few times for a de-icer for in front of the entrance.
