We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of room for our girls ski trip (6 women). The place is very convenient to both the river run base (10 minute walk on the bike path - closer than many parking lots!) and downtown. We used instacart to preorder all of our groceries so we had them within 2 hours of arriving- that was a win! There are a lot of stairs with the living area at the top so if you have any mobility issues this may not be the place for you. The view was great on top of the convenience and it's nice to have a garage. The room with bunks is about 1/2 a room size and the bunk beds are sized for children (so put your short folks there ;)).

Great location. Felt like it was equally easy to walk to River Run as well as down town. Plenty of room for 6 friends. Check in/out was smooth. We cooked several nights and felt the kitchen had everything we needed including essential spices. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and not to ski, but the views were great. It was close to town and you could see the ski lift from the unit. Check in was a snap and we had ample room for 3 teenage boys, 3 dads and a mom. Having a garage was great. There were a lot of stairs, which wasn't an issue, but good to keep in mind if you have someone with limited mobility. All-in-all, this would be a great place in summer or winter.

Great location near Bald Mountain Base

The property was as advertised and all appliances and amenities were in good working order. Could use updated TV in living room but otherwise very functional and clean. Location was very proximate to the slopes an downtown dining options.

Great for Groups

Property was as advertised. Had plenty of space for four couples. The separate floors helped separate sound and privacy at night. The main floor is perfect for hanging out as a group. Walkable to Main Street. Will definitely be booking this one again.

Good time seeing old friends

Comfortably fit 8 adults (2 couples). Three large beds and a set of bunk beds. Had a great hot tub, full kitchen and a gas grill. Blue tie rental was very nice service as well. Fun weekend meeting up with old friends.

Came to town for marathon event

Was unseasonably hot, the mid high 80’s so the upper levels of the triplex got stuffy hot at times. Thankful all rooms at least had working floor fans provided or we would have been miserable. Also thankful it cooled off at night. Loved the location, walking distance for us to town, dining and shopping. We loved having access to the bike path for training runs and leisurely beautiful nature walks before/after our event. Had an issue with the refrigerator either being not cold enough or freezing and ruining food. Think unit may be needing a new one soon or current one serviced. Our group really enjoyed the stay and the surrounding beauty, would definitely come back

Great Location and Clean Property

The property has an excellent location close to River Run, located along the bike/walking path, just a few blocks from Ketchum and short drive to Dollar Mtn. The home itself is a multi-level townhome. It is important to note that the main living area is on the top floor which is up 3 flights of stairs, this did not pose an issue for anyone in our group but something to be aware of. However this layout allows you to takes advantage of the view of Bald Mtn from dining and living area windows from which you can see the chair lift and gondola. The home has a 2 car garage that we were able to park parallel in front of with our large SUV as we had ski racks and storage container on roof that would not fit inside so that was convenient. All of the rooms are spacious, however the room with the bunkbeds is on the very bottom level by itself with the garage and has a door that goes out to the street, for this reason we did not feel comfortable having our 2 and 5 yr old down there by themselves but would better for older kids. The hot tub was really clean and worked great, was nice to come back to after skiing all day. Nice little yard that kids can play in snow. Location to River Run is really close, you can even walk along the walking path to the base of the mtn. Bed and pillows weren't the comfiest, kitchen had basic gadgets but not totally stocked, lots of towels, felt VERY clean, living area is a little small if you have a larger group but overall had a great stay! Would book again.

Fantastic spacious condo

Four level condo with great gathering space on the top floor for eating, playing games, and hanging out for our family of 6 (teens and adults), yet had 4 nice sized bedrooms (one with an office) for all of us to find space to zoom for work and school during our stay. The WiFi was fantastic (as I was assured by email before our visit) and accommodated all of us without difficulty. The condo was neat, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The condo is right on the walking path to Bald Mountain (5-6 min walk) for hiking/bike rental. Also a short walk to downtown Ketchum. We would definitely rent again.

Adult family getaway

Loved the condo and the location. Super close to downtown and the bike trail. Fun to have your own private hot tub. The only complaint is that the beds are hard but for those that like hard beds you’ll love the place.

Nice Place, But Be Warned - Low Garage Broke 2 Sets of Skis

The place was nice enough. However our stay was severely impacted when we broke two sets of skis trying to back into the garage. The garage door is hung very low, such that it sits at the same level as the ski rack on our midsize SUV - and when we pulled into the garage it broke the tips on two pairs of skis. So in addition of buying two new pairs of skis, we were not able to get into the garage and were forced to park outside the entire trip. When we raised this to the owner they commented that “we should have gotten out of the car to eyeball if we would fit below the door....” So - long story short, don’t rent this place if you have an SUV with a rack on top - you won’t fit in the garage.
