Excellent location. Garage is amazing. Amenities like the hot tub and pool are great. Only slight downside is that all the beds are super high. We had to put one of the mattresses on the floor of the loft so my 87-year-old 5 foot tall mom could get in and out. Good to flex the problem solving skills! We loved our stay. Great rental.

Perfect location, just as described

Loved this Ketchum stay. Perfect location. Walkable to River Run and downtown. Lots of space for everyone, great bedding, and great kitchen for a few home-cooked meals. Would definitely stay here again.

A great spot to ski and walk to downtown!

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls ski trip. The condo was perfect and very accommodating - the hot tub and washer and dryer was a key addition! We were able to make great dinners and breakfast with all the cookware available in the house. We walked to the ski lift or took the bus if our legs were sore. After skiing it was an easy walk into town for apres, dinner or to shopping. I can't wait to come back!

Sun Valley Spring Break at Harriman Townhome #5

Alpine Lodging made our stay very pleasant. Their registration and key drop off process was seamless and they were accessible the one time I had to call them for a toilet issue. They sent a technician out right away and fixed the problem. The townhome is centrally located- is walking distance to the River Run Lodge and an easy walk to downtown Ketchum. Plenty of space for two adults and four teenagers and a large kitchen table for meal gatherings and game playing. Beds were comfortable. My only negative remark about the townhome is that the sofa in the LR is outdated and stained.

Exceeded All Expectations! Best group house and location for skiing

Family group of 7, 2 adults with 5 teens. House was the perfect layout for us with the large loft for teen hangouts. The heated pool and hot tub less than 50 ft from front door became a nightly treat. We cooked in all meals and had everything we needed. Ordered Wise Guy Pizza one night and definitely would recommend. Can walk to River Run Gondola, it’s half mile just through parking lot outside the driveway. We all loved every minute and house is worth it!!!

Wonderful accommodations

This was the second time we've stayed in this condo. It's perfect for a large group with plenty of room to stretch out. The location was great for both stays, one in October just to hang out in Ketchum and the other in December to ski. Very close to downtown and the ski resort. We'll be back!

Great spot in Ketchum

Large townhouse with a great space for a group or family. - Amenities: Apple TV, Cable, wifi all worked great. BBQ on the deck (did not use). Hot tub is shared with the Best Western and Christophe, not an issue during the summer but may get slightly crowded during the winter. - Close to River Run: Quick 5ish minute walk (just take a look using google satellite) to the River Run lift. - Other: Super close to the bike trail and a quick walk into town to enjoy restaurants, shops, etc. If you are thinking about staying in town vs. up in Elkhorn or Warm springs, really no need to go that far away from downtown Ketchum unless you want a full house. - Views: View is directly south with some partial views of Baldie and hills, but not full-on beautiful views where you would stand on the balcony for 30 minutes with coffee taking in the scenery. Overall, great property.

Roomy and comfortable

Lots of space for family, great floorplan and kitchen. I can see how parking would be a problem in winter, but in the summer, there was plenty. The kids loved the hotel pool so close. The only problem with the hotel being right there was some weekend partiers making noise right under the master bedroom window late at night.

Nice Place

Nice fireplace and warm atmosphere. Parking is really tight during the winter months at this location. We had a 4 door truck and had there been one more car in the area, we would have had to park quite a ways from the condo and walk to it.

This condo was perfect for our needs.

5 of us were in Ketchum for 9 days of fly fishing and it was great to come back to a nice place to relax and reflect on the days. Everything was comfortable and roomy. Just 2 small things, the upstairs shower head could be replaced and a better toaster would be nice. Everything else was above par!!!
