Family vacation over Thanksgiving

Loved the property and overall experience. The decor is very cool with the Rachel Teannalach art. A few criticisms: the carpet very much needs to be cleaned throughout, and then we were disappointed that the hot tub was not operational even though it was part of the advertisement.

Condo With Beautiful View

The condo is located in the Elkhorn area which is growing tremendously since we were last there 15 years ago. It is an end unit overlooking the golf course and mountains. Nice neighborhood and seemed to be very quiet. Sun Valley Lodge is a short drive away and we were amazed at how beautifully it’s been kept up. The condo would be great for families and children. Since there was only two of us we closed off most of the rooms so it felt cozy. Wood burning fireplace so pick up some wood if you would like a fire.

The view from the townhouse was lovely. Quiet end unit. The main bathroom was nicely remodeled. There was no broom or vacuum and the floor was not very clean. You have to remove your shoes upon arrival and our socks were black in no time. The main window with a view is clouded with condensation between the panes blocking part of the view. The windows did not work well. It is fairly close to the clubhouse and we were able to use amenities although the pool and spa close to the unit were empty. The bike path is easy to jump on from the unit. It was a last minute booking since the unit we had booked was flooded and canceled on us. We had hoped for a little more luxury.

Such an enjoyable Memorial Day weekend at your place. The 3 and 5 year old loved the climbing wall and toy room. We sure lucked out on the gorgeous weather.

Great location

Short drive to town, Baldy ski resort and Dollar ski resort. The condo is large and spacious plenty of space for our family of 7. The community hot tub is just steps away from the condo. The view from the family room is really pretty. They allow fires which was so enjoyable. If you are very picky this unit is older and may not be for you. They allow dogs which is great for dog owners but may not be for anyone with allergies. The condo needs new bathroom towels and they need to have more available.

"All about the View "- the home, not so much

Traveler to Sun Valley yearly since 1987. Stayed @ Fairway Nine many times. This Home is situated beautifully on the 9th tee @ Elkhorn. Great "end-unit". Nice Kitchen with induction stove. Master bed mattress comfortable with "Memory foam". Cons - Master bath is so small you have to step into shower to close door. Towels are *very* worn. Toilet paper is single-ply similair to RV use. Trash can under kitchen sink is so small only can fit a few empty water bottles. Home definitely, needs some TLC at this price point.

Perfect Sun Valley retreat

This lovely Townhouse is situated with an unobstructed southern view across the snowy golf course. It was spacious and comfortable to hang out all day and was just a few minutes to both the River Run base of Sun Valley and the Nordic Center, only 1 min from Dollar mtn. too. It had a well equipped kitchen, large hot water tank, outdoor ski closet, and the hot tub/pool area was one building away. There is a 3ish mile hiking loop trail (winter too) just across the street off of Horseshoe road. Great for the dog. Seemed well stocked for those with kids as well. This was the perfect place to have our family gathering! We'd absolutely come back to stay again.
