  • This spotless Sun Valley vacation rental is a great mountain getaway any time of year! You'll love staying within walking distance to Sun Valley Lodge, Sun Valley Lake, and the outdoor Summer Pavilion. The bike path adjacent to the condo is a great way to explore the area. All on one level, and with no steps to climb, this condo is also a perfect fit for anyone who may have issues with stairs.

    What's nearby:
    From mid-July to mid-August you can even hear the free, nightly, symphony pavilion concerts stream in through the windows! In the winter, take a scenic, leisurely stroll to Carol's Dollar Mountain Lodge just a half mile away. Year-round shopping and restaurant options can be found at the Sun Valley Mall or in Ketchum, less than two miles away. If you come during the winter, Dollar Mountain's Snowsports School (less than three miles away) is a warm and friendly environment to hone your skills with 10 runs, 628 feet vertical rise, and five lifts. You can also trade in the skis for a set of snowshoes at the Nordic and Snowshoe Center at the Sun Valley Resort and make your way through the miles of picturesque terrain.

Amazingly affordable little studio

We loved how clean and homey it felt. It was very good rate for the area. Outside was nice and clean and lots of nature. We already want to go back!

great cute place

Small space in the best location! walkable to the lodge and right off the bus line that can take you anywhere in town. Super clean and cozy!

Perfect for my stay. The studio is nicely furnished ,comfortable bed. The kitchen met all my needs, not stocked for elaborate cooking. Simple and clean, very nice

This little condo worked perfectly. Very quaint and perfectly located in the village. Clean, quiet and as advertised.

Great Location

Great location close to town but not too close. The bed was comfortable the only complaint was the head board and bed frame were very noisy

Quaint and Cozy!

Very cozy studio! Spacious kitchen and main area. No need to leave, but if you do, vary close to Sub Valley Resort and Ketchum.

location was great, river running past was relaxing though I agree with others that the place as dark without the lights on inside, very little natural light but there is nothing the owners can do about the way the place was constructed.

We loved the location and easy access to Sun Valley Lodge and surrounding area. This condo itself needs some updating and though cleaning. It is very dated.

Fishing trip

The shower head was broken. I did make a comment about this and someone did come out and attempted to fix it. It was not fixed after I was told that it was. Also the large blind had bent vanes and the rod used to open and close the vanes was not there. I had to grab the little knob to do this.

Cute but strong bleach smell.

First thing we noticed was a strong chemical smell and we had to open window and door to air out. I had some natural essential oil sprays, so I sprayed around to try and cover it up. Then we could not get Wi-Fi for the tv. It continued to give us error messages and even with trying to get help from vacasa. The TV should always be set up to use. So no tv for our 3 day stay.Then when going to bed I realized there was a strong bleach smell coming from the bedding. I got an immediate headache and had to sleep on the couch. The towels smelled the same.We did however later Realize we had some sheets and sleeping bag and for the last night stripped the bed , put in the closet and I was able to sleep on bed. It was way too soft and not comfortable. Plus most of the pillows were hard.With about 20% of the population sensitive to strong chemicals and fake fragrances, you should probably try and switch to all natural cleaning and laundry washing.Especially since my request was known not to use harsh cleaning.Thanks

Decent value.

They stress cleanliness but the coffee pot was filthy and unusable, the tea kettle had old water in it with a film on the inside and the dishwasher wasn't empty. Some of the pots were old and worn out. Good location and good value for what you get.

Damp and dark

The best about the place is that it is within walking distance to the centre of Sun Valley. The not do good part - it feels constantly humid or damp inside the place. Air can barely get in (mind that only one window can open). It’s pretty dark in there too. The picture is showing you exactly what you get in the room with like 1000% increase of lighting. You will never see it that way, even with all shutters up and with all the lamps on. It is dark. But, again, it doesn’t get too hot during summer month. Mind that you will always hear your neighbours (side, and especially above), so if anyone decides to walk in the middle of the night up there - you hear it, if someone takes a shower - you hear a loud dripping noise while the pipes are heating up). But, if you are lucky and have no neighbours and come during winter when it’s not so sunny anyway - you might really enjoy the place, as it is close to the lodge and a village with shops near by.

Perfect location to experience Sun Valley

The studio was charming and just what we needed for a short stay. We were able to get everywhere easily by foot, bike, and car.

Perfect Location for Sun Valley Village

The property is very cozy and is located in a great location to access the Sun Valley Village. We enjoyed our stay!
