Great location and beautiful property

We stayed in two of the cottages on this property and they were in a perfect location. The cottages are very well maintained and the property manager was very attentive and accommodating.

cozy cottage & very atmospheric

We had a lovely stay at the centrally located school house - it would benefit from some more plates and such and maybe a rack for dishes to dry. The tasteful interior compliments beautiful Sumnerville - we would stay here again!

Wonderful

This was our second stay on this property and we've been more than happy again. We love having a quiet place to stay while visiting family in nearby Goose Creek. Summerville has so much to offer! The cottage was clean and well stocked, we didnt have to run out to pick up any necessities. BedcomfortableCommunication was great.

This property is in the heart of downtown historic Summerville near Azalea Park as well beautiful area if you are visiting Flower Town the cottages are adorable, super clean and kitchen is well equipped I would definitely refer friends and family

My wife and i stayed here for the weekend of our friends wedding and made a small vacation out if it. We were able to go around the town and enjoy the night life and food a couple days. Was a balst and look forward to booking here again when we decide to come down for a longer vacation.

Lovely

My husband and I rented this cottage for a week. The location was perfect. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and church. We had our dog with us. She loved the area it was walkable for us to take her to the nearby park. The cottage is small about the size of a hotel suite. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but functional. We were out most of the time visiting all the places we love. We made a trip into Charleston for the day. We shopped local for some Christmas gifts in the town square. There is a lovely boutique directly across the street from the cottage. The hosts were very kind and left us details of about the cottage and recommendations for things to do. They also left Abbey (our dog) treats. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Our schoolhouse cottage was wonderful.

Where we where was close to all. Our son and his family lives in Summerville. It was easy to walk to town. We will be back to try the other cottages out. We get this way once a year the to visit, then off to ga.to visit otjer son and family. Thank you!!

Charming retreat!

The location of this property is amazing! Walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. Loved that there were laundry facilities here and cute details at the rental. The schoolhouse is just one large room so bed and futon are in the same space. It is tastefully decorated. Kitchen seemed to have enough amenities, but we didn’t cook there. A small counter height bar for dining table faces out a window. A suggestion would be to add a fan or a window that can open for ventilation for the bathroom and a shelf for toiletries. But again, we would definitely stay here again! Absolutely charming!

Consistency is key

Short central cottages are always top notch with comfortable beds and basic amenities for a weekend away. My husband and I have been staying at their properties the three years my daughter has been a student at CSU and it’s always a pleasant and personal experience. They make it so easy to get in and out of the property and are super responsive if ever an issue. Highly highly recommend!

"I'm on VACATION !" (What About Bob)

Two things make for a GREAT vacation: 1) The DESTINATION; 2) The ACCOMMODATIONS . Of course, Summerville / Charleston is beautiful and the Schoolhouse Retreat was IDEAL ! Location is close to downtown with Great Host Communication, everything was CLEAN & organized, and had all we needed . The Schoolhouse was pleasing to come home to after a day of "doing the town". Key Word: RELAX !
