We was only a block away from the farm market on Saturday morning and around the corner from a wonderful breakfast shop. Others that were with us went to a coffee shop two blocks down and loved the coffee. We enjoy the town of Summerville and we'll stay here again.

Great Location

We were in Summerville for a wedding. The location of the rental is perfect. You're just off the main part of town so it's quiet, but an easy walk to all the action. The only issue was with cleanliness, there was garbage left in a nightstand drawer.

Our stay was awesome. It was so great having this beautiful place to stay. Close to everything, easy to get to and especially loved the shower. How unique!! Thank you so much for making the trip great . Cannot say enough about the barn loft. We will be back!!

Excellent location

We had a fabulous stay and it’s was so close to everything in Summerville. Very clean and an easy access. Very cute little place and checked everything off our list we needed. Definitely will stay again when I come back to town.

Fantastic Cottage Village!

Barn Loft is a great cottage and wonderful Location; super close walking distance to downtown shopping and dining. It was perfect for a Thanksgiving weekend, because I cooked in the kitchen that has a full oven.

Amazing Stay

The Barn Loft is a gem in Summerville! I will absolutely stay here again! Between the cleanliness of the cottage and the decor you can’t ask for more. The cottage is within walking distance to many great restaurants and just a few steps to the awesome Saturday farmers market. If you’re staying in Summerville don’t miss the most perfect stay you could ask for. Can’t wait to come back !

Fun Times In Summerville

My daughter has lived in Summerville for almost two years, and I have visited several times. This was my husband’s first time, so we wanted him to have the very best experience. The Barn Loft did not disappoint! Our stay was very pleasant. I love the lay out of the small cottages and how convenient they are to the little shops/restaurants. Needless to say, we will be returning for another stay at this location. All the comforts of home, and then some! Great communication with the property manager.

Peace and Quiet

If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, you will find it here. We were able to feel like we were transported to the bayou while being a block from downtown and all the action. Great communication from Lauren throughout our stay made sure that we could get any questions answered quickly. Would stay at again if in the Summerville/Charleston area.

Summerville wedding

Flew in from Arizona to see my niece get married and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The barn loft was so cute, clean and cozy! The bed was so comfortable! All the little touches and extras like the ear plugs and coffee set up with to-go accessories were a great touch! Great location with a walking path close by. The craftsmanship of the whole place was phenomenal. Great job! Would stay again !

Absolutely amazing!

We absolutely loved the Cottage Barn Loft. It was so adorable and we felt like it was our home away from home. The amenities were what we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The barn decor was so cute. We highly recommend the Cottages to all our family and friends. We loved just walking out our door to the amazing Summerville town. It reminds us of a Hallmark movie. All the stores are lovely and the restaurants are incredible. Of course our favorite is the Frothy Beard brewery. We always have to go there when we are visiting. Thank you so much Lauren for taking such good care of us. We love the Charleston South Carolina area. Our son lives in Summerville with his beautiful wife and our handsome grandson. We highly recommend the Cottages. Many blessings and Love! The Jacobsen’s.

Unusual, but cute!!

Barn Loft was cute, quiet, clean, furnishings were eclectic!!! The "shower" presented a bit of a challenge for entering and exiting. Beds were comfortable, but glad I brought my own pillow. After a long day touring, were glad to veg out with Roku. The main parking lot was a bit dark (time change no help). May we suggest some motion lights positioned close to ground, so not to bother neighbors. Give the place a 4.5 ****.* Owners were great to work with!!
