  • We do have a security camera placed on the front side of the cabin for your safety only, this camera is pointing down the driveway only and will not affect your privacy at our cabin at all.


    If you are looking for rest and relaxation, nature, a chance to getaway from it all, then this is the place. But, remember, there are no street lights, no sirens, no honking horns. Be ready to kick back , have a cup of coffee, a beer, whatever suits you. Leave the stress behind and enjoy your stay. Enjoy the full benefits of all the outdoor activities West Virginia and the area have to offer. Bring your family and enjoy activities such as hiking, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, whitewater ATV riding and Rock climbing or just sit on the porch and enjoy nature and piece and solitude Remember this cabin is located right on the access road which takes you to the Tail Waters to the gauley river. Enjoy the 6 person Hot tub ,Check In time is 4pm and Check out is at 11:00am . And also wanted to add the description that VRBO listed on our site showing directions to different activities in the area that is mostly incorrect if you have any questions about distances to any particular place you are wanting to travel please notify me so I can give you the correct distance. We are only 1.5 miles from the Upper Gauley River there is no one around covered hot tub so you can enjoy in all kinds weather. We do advise renters that 4 wheel drive and chains are required during the winter months/ and no refunds will be given for storms, power outages and inclement weather No shooting of any firearms are allowed on property. This base rate is for 2 people each additional guest after 2 will be a additional 15.00 per person per night. THE ONLY PEOPLE ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY ARE PAYING GUEST ONLY, ANY VISITORS WILL HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA FEE. also wanted to list that we do charge a small pet fee which is non-refundable of $25. when making your reservation. please make sure that you click the pet tab. that way it will let me know that you are bringing a pet and your charge will be added. if you have any questions whatsoever concerning our listing or anything about our listing, please do not hesitate to message me. we can go over everything before you decide to book. thanks again.

Traveled with husband and 3 little kids for 3 nights, very clean and accommodating and has everything you would need the only thing I had to bring was my own beach towels (specified in the info) own laundry detergent and dryer sheets which I prefer anyway and obviously toiletries. Having the washer and dryer was nice didn't have to do laundry when I returned home. Cabin blankets, towels and washcloths, dishsoap, handsoap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and cookware provided. Having the grill and hot tub was a plus, hot tub clean and a good way for us to relax after dinner. Spacious bathroom, decent water pressure and no temp fluctuation. Wifi was good had 2 phones a laptop and the Roku in the cabin running on it no issues. The secluded area and privacy are also 10/10 definitely fit for a family or group.

Overall it was very clean nice little cabin close enough to basic needs like Gas station Dollar General. Easy to get to major roads to sight see in this beautiful area. .

The property was secluded. Very quiet It was well maintained and clean. It was much larger than it looks in photos. It was just myself and my husband, but it would be a great spot for a family with children. It was well stocked with kitchenware and linens. No need to bring anything except personal items. The host was readily available if you needed them. The weather was stormy so needless to say the internet was spotty. Very nice place if you want peace and quiet.

The rental agreements check intime says after 3. At 30 mins away. I was very rudley told it was after 4. After contacting the "host" for a entry code. The wifi was absolutely AWFUL!!! That was after getting the right password. The noise of the plumbing for the shower could wake a city block. The hot tub was beyond nasty with mold, one of the reasons I pick this rental and didn't use it. There are spiders inside and outside including giant webs. The privacy statement in the caption of the title is done justice. This is NOT worth the money and I wouldn't recommend this rental even as a last resort.
