Loved everything about the property. The location was walking distance to the waterfront and coffee shops. The suite was clean, spacious and had an antique charm.

This property is truly amazing. Ken and Jenny's hospitality is truly flawless. They have thought of everything. The morning we were set to arrive I received a message that they had received a last-minute cancellation and they were upgrading us (a family of 4) to their executive suite (we originally booked the sister's parlor, I believe). It was beyond thoughtful. Their communication was so clear before, during, and after our stay. Not to mention the AMAZING ice cream downstairs. It was a child's paradise staying above an ice cream shop. Thank you so much Ken and Jenny!! We will be back and will tell everyone that is visiting PEI about where to stay for sure!!!!!

The Holman’s was quite a surprise ! A beautiful, safe and convenient place to stay. Fully renovated Victorian home with historical charm and wonderful aroma from the ground level ice cream parlour!

Ken and Jenny were wonderful hosts: great communication and very responsive. The Sisters Suite was super clean, nicely decorated, and fully supplied with everything one could want. Keypad entry codes for the front door and apartments made coming and going easy. We woke every morning to the smell of waffle cones, and the ice cream was fantastic!

Wonderful family run business with ice cream parlour below! Suites are well equipped, lovely and comfortable. Just a couple blocks to the Summerside waterfront.

The property was laid out very nicely. Love the picnic tables with napkins available on them. Plenty of sitting with a bonfire pit. Everything was kept up. Nice and clean. Staff were friendly. In walking distance to some attractions.

Ken and Jenny are amazing hosts….this quaint old house has so much charm, due to how thoughtfully they have done the 3 suites….we had a most memorable experience there. As well their homemade ice cream is off the charts delicious. Would highly recommend to those who love suites in an older home….loved every minute there. Ken was very accommodating when we needed to move the date of our stay up. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. We especially appreciated having laundry facilities as we were travelling for some time. Ken was available to help with all of our needs and very friendly.

Great location, and who wouldn’t love to be directly above a delicious ice cream shop! Comfortable bed, spacious living room area, and plenty of hot water for showers. Oh, and they have a guest laundry they provide Free of Charge! Coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave...only slightly missed not having a hot plate in the room. Wonderful staff, thank you!!

The rooms are above an ice cream shop - ice cream and waffle cones are homemade and are amazing -blueberry ice cream and the waffle cone were worth going all the way to PEI for! The property itself was immaculate. Seriously I think it was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. The room was well cared for, Ken approachable and friendly!! I would stay there again !! Check out JMK fish market - we ate lobster for breakfast lunch and supper! We had great mussels and haddock at Deckside as well! The sunsets at Summerside were something to behold as well!
