Muchos mosquitos no podíamos estar afuera era insoportable necesitan cambiar los bbq estan en muy malas condiciones

Deberían formigar porque cuando cae la tarde hay demasiados mosquitos y gergenes los cuales no permiten que uno disfrute afuera y todas las area de afuera incluyendo los bbq necesitan renovarlos estan en muy malas condiciones

We are receiving new grills. We do our best with the mosquitos, and it is a problem in the Keys. Not JUST at Parmers.

The room very basic. The breakfast, poor. It seems to me an abuse to charge $20 for parking per night. They overcharged me by over $200 with no explanation. I didn't get any invoice or receipt about it. There is no email address to request an explanation.

We are sorry that your stay didn't meet your expectations. You were placed in a basic room which is what you booked. The additional charge was the destination fee that every guest is responsible for. The receipt should come from the online travel agent you booked with.

Hotel bastante aceptable
Hotel familiar. Las cabañitas muy limpias. Personal amable. Lo que no me agrado mucho fue el desayuno. No es variado y todo en platos y cubiertos descartables.

Its a very nice resort .very clean and the stuff is excellent. The cottage are very pretty and the area is safe and quite. At 5 minutes walking there is a nice restaurant where you can drink and listen music but there are a lot of restaurants. in the area you can find amazing hammokas . And i can took my little dog with me ❤️

The resort was well kept with a nice pool and right on the water. Very quiet resort and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff is very friendly breakfast was good Scenery is very beautifull. The room needs a fresh coat of paint and renovations in the bathroom. Quiet area.

We loved the location (quiet and easy access to the gulf), and we enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was warm and welcoming. There were a few issues encountered during our brief stay, but it appears that the owner(s) are investing money in repainting the buildings, and with hope, spending a few more dollars on renovating the bathrooms as well.

do no book the Basic room. it is first floor of a quonset building , one VERY small bedroom across the road from main resort. very poor condition for the price.

Thank you for the feedback. We only have 4 rooms of that type and price point. At the time you booked that was all that was available.

Property was dated. Our bathtub was falling apart. Pool was only open until dusk. We liked the multiple areas to sit and enjoy the ocean and the property was clean.

It was a beautiful place but unfortunately the swimming area was unusable it was nothing but weeds so my family had to use the pool not what we had hoped for staying in the keys all the out doors toys were put away at 3pm so my children never got to use them but. They cabins were really nice.

Everything was nice and as expected. I didn't pay attention and reserved a room on the second floor. I have bad knees so that was a personal issue. The only thing that I would change was the breakfast. It was the same every day and if you stay for a couple of weeks, it would have been nice to have the selection changed up. The quality of the food was fine. Great hospitality!

If our 2 reservations had been combined by Expedia per my request and ensured I had handicapped room both nights instead of just one and we would not have had to check out and check in and move rooms I would have been happier.

Noone told us about a $32/day resort fee that we had to pay at checkin. Then there was a roach on my first visit to the bathroom. Other than that, it was just ok. Comfy bed, and staff was nice. I don't think I would stay there again. Don't stay in the Marlin room. No view from the windows, unless you like to look at buildings.
