Amazing Home and Location

This was our second time staying at this home and it never disappoints. The home is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location on the water is perfect for a boat and has breathtaking views. This is our go to for anytime we visit the Keys.

Outstanding Family Home

This home was perfect for our 28 day stay with 5 adult family members. I can only echo all of the other positive reviews. Amazingly stocked, clean, spacious home with stunning views from every room and places for 3 of our family members to work remotely during the trip. Good restaurants nearby when you aren't cooking or grilling fabulous meals and enjoying cocktails and sunsets at home. Took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboard, and Big Pine Bicycle Center delivered rental bikes to our doorstep. Highly recommend an afternoon snorkel trip with nearby Looe Key Reef Resort, and miniature golf after dinner at Boondocks. Good food also at the Wednesday Sugarloaf Farmers Market. Adel is a fantastic and gracious host. Even bought us yoga mats when I asked if there were any! Can't say enough good things. Can't wait to return!

Everything you’d want in a rental!

We stayed for a month in this beautiful house. It was well-stocked beyond any house we have rented. Everything you’d need to cook, clean, and have fun! Adel was very easy to work with and very responsive when we had a question during our stay. The bay is very shallow so be aware if you want to rent a boat. You must know how to navigate the shallow areas to gain access to the Atlantic or Gulf, but it’s possible and simple once you know the channels. We look forward to renting this house again in the future!

Fabulous Beautiful Awesome Perfect

One of the most amazing houses we've ever rented...and we've rented A LOT! You will not be disappointed! There was no expense spared here, top of the line appliances, linens, dishes, cookware, furniture, all of it. You will want for nothing, it's stocked with all that you need & then some! Beautiful sunsets every night & views of the sea all day! I would just note that, there are a lot of stairs, only 1 bedroom on the first floor (queen), two of the three bedrooms on second floor share a bathroom (queen & double queen). There is a shower, but no bathroom on ground (pool) level. Adel is a great host & has truly thought of everything guests could possibly want for a perfect stay.

This house is in the perfect waterfront location that can’t be beat. Having direct access to the water was very convenient. The house was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed. It is now our favorite for when we’re in the Keys!!

Fabulous

I can't say enough good things about this home. The house is beautiful and is outfitted with everything you can think of. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunsets are gorgeous. The pool is nice sized, well-maintained and came in handy after a day on the water. The owner was quickly responsive to my questions about the house and the area. We were sad to leave but can't wait to return.

Complete Paradise Experience!

Just had to say goodbye to this beautiful home! What a month we have had! Family and friends came to visit. We cooked fabulous meals in this well stocked kitchen, kayaked, swam, snorkeled, played games, read books. The pool was a perfect 88 degrees all the time. We were blessed with fabulous weather, and house has plenty of shady spots for the hot afternoon sun. Adel was amazing to work with throughout our stay. He was responsive and attended to our needs. Amazing Home

Best home we have ever stayed at, period. Plus the owner was incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. If you enjoy fishing, kayaking, beaching, amazing sunsets, a perfectly appointed spacious kitchen and dining room to cook your catch with family and friends, and enough "extras" to keep your entire family busy when the weather slams the door shut on outside activities for a couple days... then you'll fall in love with this home like we did. Many thanks to Adel and his family for the wonderful hospitality and I look forward to one day returning to Night Jasmine.

The home was immaculate, extremely comfortable and was without a doubt the most well stocked home we have ever rented. The location was fabulous! Close to restaurants , shopping and to Key West. The pool was perfect, as were the sunsets. Adel was wonderful with his communication. Could not have been more pleased with our stay!!

Perfect vacation house

We are so lucky to have found this house to stay for our summer vacation. When searching we were looking for location, pool and views. The fenced in property was a bonus for our dog. Fantastic Vacation

Clean, comfortable, well stocked home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything in this home is top notch inside and out. Nice Boat dock and fish cleaning station. Use of the kayaks are a bonus. A Perfect Month

I have stayed in several locations and properties in the Keys and none were better than Cutthroat Harbor Estates. Adel was the perfect host. The property was spotless and perfectly stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The home was great for three couples as we all had private rooms/baths with outstanding views of the bay and sunsets. The outdoor areas are just what you need for a great vacation. Big covered downstairs area for relaxing and enjoying the pool, a huge screened in porch and a wonderful open porch on the upper level for relaxing and stargazing. All of us could not recommend this property and Adel more highly.

Great House!

Loved our month at this property. We stay at many VRBO properties and this is the most well stocked, maintained home we've stayed at. Adel is outstanding to work with and very responsive. The house's location on the bay is wonderful and provides for great kayaking opportunities. Lobsters, sharks, turtles, stingrays, dolphins, and beautiful fish all seen. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Vacation to Remember

Our long planned family vacation was awesomely unforgettable due in large part to Adel and Judy’s remarkable property. The house was ideal for a large family gathering with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with ocean views and bathrooms galore. We had everything we could hope for at our fingertips. The pool was devine, the fishing was so fun, and the kayaking was serene. The proximity to Key West is perfect. Great restaurants are a stone’s throw away although grilling outdoors at the house was a big hit, too. This property is warm and welcoming.

A Month of Glorious Sunsets, Discoveries, and Joy!

This is the third time we've stayed at Night Jasmine. We were wowed by the new house, including a perfectly-sized salt water pool and outdoor terrace area. The location is divine: 20 miles to Key West, Bahia Honda is nearby for snorkeling, and you can access both the Atlantic and backcountry (Gulf). The kayaking from the property is sublime. We encountered sharks, stingray, parrot fish, angel fish, butterfly fish, shells, lobsters, crabs, and many varieties of sponges and birds. Adel and Judy ensure you have everything you need and their hospitality is evident from the first interaction until you depart. Adel is accessible and generous with whatever you might need. Square Grouper is down the street and our favorite restaurant in the Keys. Geiger Key Marina and Key West offer other fun restaurants. We went to the Dry Tortugas - fabulous - and went out with Native Guidance/Captain Larry for two grand days. We'll be back, Adel and Judy. Our daughter and son-in-law joined us for 10 days, and they, too, were delighted with the gorgeous nightly sunsets, environment, and house. Thank you!!

Can't say enough good things about this home. The home and property are beautiful. Well taken care of and well designed. Fantastic time!

My wife and adult son stayed in this beautiful home for a month starting Nov. 15, 2020. The house had every amenity you could imagine. Four bedrooms was perfect for our many guests. The location is close to many restaurants and stores. The pool was fantastic and the view was absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed the screened in porch every morning and at cocktail hour. Beautiful Night Of Jasmine

We rent a house in the keys every year for a month . This was the best house we ever had , the views are breath taking from every room , location for the boat was fantastic, the owners were most gracious people , abundance of sheets , towels , the house was clean as a whistle when we arrived , very well equipped in every way , from kitchen , bathrooms, and pool. Perfect location, beautiful house.

Staying here was better than staying at a 5-star hotel! The house is very tastefully decorated and everything (including appliances) are top drawer. There are plenty of dishes, cups, pots, pans and silverware. The host provided everything, spices, k-cups, coffee filters and serving/cooking utensils you need to immediately begin enjoying your stay. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and there are plenty of towels, beach towels, hangers, etc. The view of the water is spectacular and the saltwater pool is wonderful! We saw dolphins, stingrays and a variety of fish; there even was a shark that swam by each morning around 9am! We enjoyed kayaking in the bay as well! Our hosts, Adel and Judy were so welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next winter!!
