    - Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles (including boat trailers) on the property, the driveway is steep. Recreational Vehicles may not be parked on the property.

    IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:



    Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.



    Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. If you are interested in alternative dates, please contact us for approval before booking.



    Pet Policy: Up to one friendly and well-behaved dog 25 LBS or less will be considered with a $10/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit "household pet" information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



    No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.



    Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.



    Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.



    Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.



    Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

Great location. Only downside was the grill. We literally couldn’t use it its so cheap.

Great house!

Everything you need. Clean. Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood, laid back vibe. New restaurant, boat launch and marina at the end of the street. The only down side was the 50 ft boat taking up a lot of space at the dock, but we still had 45 ft to work with. Overall a fantastic rental, highly recommend it.

Property not ready for rental

For a 2 month say would expect adequate cleaning supplies. They were supplied after requested. Seawall and docking not as advertised. Inadequate parking. Tile on deck floor was removed was covered with throw rugs. Visitors knocking on door to look at owners boat for sale. Plumbing issues. Most uncomfortable living room furniture I have ever experienced. Could mention a few other minor complaints.

Loved the House & Location

My husband and I rented Casa Cudjoe for 70 nights. We absolutely love the home. It has all the amenities we needed & wanted: a master suite wing seperate from guest wing, a large screened lanai (if your not familiar with noseeums, this is a must to fully enjoy your evenings outdoors), roof top terrace for star gazing, watching the sunset or just the ocean waves, various guests got some color with a good book and maybe a nap ;) the views & grounds are wonderful! All guests, including us thought all the beds were comfortable. The rooms have a comfortable amount of space, closets & drawers. (Bring your own hangers) Extra pillows of different stuffing & firmness, extra blankets, and extra linen sets were all provided. There is a blow up mattress in the guest closet, we didn't use it but at least queen size. Showers water pressure was great, plenty of towels (bring beach towels) and drawers were empty to easily store your personal toiletries in each bathroom. (Blow driers provided)Dining area is large enough for guests and accessible for when it was just two. Hutch near table had room to store my laptop (plugged in) and office supplies, so I could comfortably (chairs are great!) work when I needed to. Livingroom furniture is deceptively comfortable. Games & books are available in cabinet. TV works great with Tubi & sign in to our apps. Wifi had 2-3 outages that were keys wide, which is normal and handled fairly quickly. The kitchen is large & well stocked with equipmen
