Such a beautiful home, the view is to die for. It could definitely use some upgrades like the washer and dryer, but can’t beat the location and the fact that its beachfront.

This place was great! Property management was great! Very quick to respond! Location was wonderful. We had my daughter’s wedding at this house it was beautiful. Will stay here again! Very spacious plenty of room for an everyone. Pool was great and warm. Dock was wonderful for the boat! Love this place

My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so inviting and the view was spectacular. I would strongly suggest that some work be done in the kitchen. Frying pans were warped, counter oven had a sprung door, toaster only worked on one side. Also, the bunk beds needed tightening. They were a little scary. Yes, I would go back again.

The house is special, it transmits a lot of peace next to that spectacular dock where the fishing is fabulous, everything is very clean and well equipped with cauldrons etc.I will be back 100%

Do not stay here !!!!

House is not a four bedroom, the pool is not fabulous or perfectly heated (no heater), the pool table is so old and warped and the slab has two big bumps so the balls jump not playableNo oven so we could not make the food we had and the air fryer doors did not close without a tie wrap on them. Not enough hot water for two people to take a shower. The so called fourth bedroom is the sun pouch off the master upstairs, so you have to go thru someone bedroom to go down stairs. What about the office space did not see it? The list had hot tub? did take if off after I asked about it. This was my first time using Vrbo not sure if will do it again thank you sherry

Beautiful rental, but read details closely

Our family of 10 stayed here the week of Christmas 2024 and the entire process went smoothly with excellent communication with the host prior to our stay. The property was immaculately maintained, plenty of room for all and we enjoyed every minute.The bedroom layout isn’t what many would expect. It was disclosed, but somehow I missed it. The entire second floor is accessible by winding staircase, but is more like a loft (no noise protection from the first floor) and the “fourth bedroom” is really a connected sun room with glass door off the loft bedroom. To access it or use the second floor bathroom, you have to walk past the people sleeping in the primary room. Thankfully our adult daughter slept in that room, but it would be awkward if not REALLY close with the people sharing the second floor.Additionally, check in is 5pm and check out is 9am sharp…it’s posted as before 9am in the rental. We were very lucky to be able to check in at 3pm (I asked the hostess prior if there was any wiggle room. Luckily the cleaning company had finished early) And lastly, there is no full sized oven. Most people going on vacation would not really care, but I had planned an extensive Christmas menu. There is a mid-size countertop oven, but it could not fit the ham or be able to bake multiple pies. With some last minute changes and a quick run to the grocery store, Christmas dinner was a success.

Great house. A bit far from Key West.

The house itself is pretty much as advertised. We selected it for the two master bedrooms. However, as others have noted, the second floor master bedroom is not very private. As we were all family it worked for us. We had a few maintenance issues, but the property manager was very prompt to take care of them. Overall, the host was very nice. For us, the biggest negative was the distance from Key West. It was advertised to be 20 minutes. Rechecking on Google Maps shows that it is 30 minutes from the edge of Key West island and about 40 minutes from most Key West tourist attractions. If you just want to hang around Summerland Key and enjoy the house and pool, this is a great choice.

Summerland key

Our trip was supposed to be a boys fishing trip but that was derailed by the hurricane. We were not able to reschedule the trip so my wife and I decided to come down for a private retreat. The house is much more than two people need but we had a great time. The morning views are spectacular. The only thing I would change would be the addition of a full size oven for those who like to cook at the house.

False advertising

The pictures of this home do not show an accurate showing. 1. This house doesn’t have a beach 2. This is really a 3 bedroom with a sitting room in one bedroom with beds in it. 3. There are a couple of doors that are delaminating and the door knob falls off the master bedroom when using it 4. The shower handle falls off when turning the water on. 5. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up and ran 24/7 6. I could go on and on there is one positive note the property manger was very nice.

Beautiful view with lots to offer families

We stayed here with another family, so we had a total of 13 people. The view is beautiful. The pool and tiki hut and pool table are was awesome for our family to hang out. It doesn’t have any shade right by the pool but the tiki hut and pool table area were shaded. The second king bedroom is upstairs after walking up spiral staircase. There is no private door- it’s kind of like a loft. And then there’s a bunk room that is off of the king bedroom upstairs so if you want privacy, good luck. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor are private. Overall, we loved the house, but it was a lot of money to just have some things not be quite right.

Comfortable place in a fantastic spot

The house is in a great location just far enough off US 1 to be quiet with a terrific view, but easy for local trips or runs down to key west. The bedrooms and baths make it comfortable for a family or a larger group and the patio outside is fantastic.
