The house is small and narrow. Provides great views. It’s in great shape.

So Good!!!!
Summerland is an absolute gem and this property did not disappoint!!! Tons of room, amazing ocean views, and walkable to shops and restaurants. The sunrise and sunset walks around the neighborhood were amazing. We’ll book again!
