"I found it good because it is all new apartments and decently located. However it is not exactly equipped to be thought of a hotel. There were NO utensils whatsoever in the otherwise nicely equipped kitchen. No coffee maker or anything. That was a big let down. The bed was made with the bottom sheet directly on the mattress insulating cover, no padding. Expect no room service. A pay coffee machine in the lobby is all. Nice common room with a pool table, fussbal and nice hangout sitting."

"We had a nice stay at the property. Could not take advantage of the lovely garden because we were visiting family and weather also not great. Beautiful view from the garden. A basement which is a little dark but a large place with seperate living room and equipped kitchen area. Was very clean and very tastefull decorated with nice touches. Like a home away from home. "We really loved our stay with Teresa. She is a very warm and welcoming person. Her place reminded us so much of our Bed and Breakfast experiences in England. The room is not large but it has tons of atmosphere with all the wood and antiques.
