"Chika is a very gracious and communicative host! She was also accommodating and super friendly. The home itself fit the needs of our group for a one-night stay. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms and bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed. Chika even included toiletries that came in handy for some of us. "We arrived to find no area to park. Area was terrible ! Every other home had surveillance cameras and beware of dogs signs. Neighborhood had litter strewn all about. I live and work in Detroit michigan so I know what a dangerous neighborhood looks like and this was extremely unsafe. "The spot is really nice for a solo/couples trip. It’s walking distance from great restaurants, the farmers market and museum. Staying here you won’t need to get a car if you plan on hanging out in the downtown area. The unit was clean upon arrival and the check in process was very easy and smooth, I’m definitely going to be staying here again in the future. Very glad I booked! "
