"Definitely a place I will come back. I truly enjoyed the cabin, the surroundings were really nice and the hosts are so friendly I would still be there chatting with them."

"Great price. No lights on the sign. Place is being renovated but far from being done. Room was clean but... might check it out in a year but would not stay again in the near future."

"NA."

"It was great. Nice little place downtown. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend it."

"No table or chairs to use when you bring food. Phone didn't work. Coffee cups were provided but no coffee pot or coffee."

"This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return."

"Sweet front desk staff. Really enjoyed talking with the ladies during check in. Room AC worked well, slept comfortably. The door into the room is located on the interior of the building, instead of the doors facing the parking lot. You can go out that door, you just can't come back in because they lock and the room keys don't work on them. Have to reenter your room through the lobby and interior door."

"Thankfully they couldn't check us in because their computer was down. The place was a dump."

"We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse! Everything was as described and our family enjoyed a relaxing, but fun weekend. The building was stocked with all the things that one might need. We enjoyed the time we spent in the schoolhouse and our visit to Mohican State Park, which is also beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this unique property. Thank you Garrett for making everything go so smoothly and for maintaining such a lovely historic property."
