Bien situé Cependant pas d’eau chaude à peine de l’eau tiède. Propreté très limite et lieux désuet!

It's not a guesthouse, it's a property with a garden (which they use as a reception) and a couple of rooms. Bed is not comfortable, it's hard as a wood table with a linen on it. It's not clean.

The location of this property is the trump card. Walking distance to Sukhothai Historical Park. Also near markets and 7-11. The host cannot speak English, but we communicated okay given that. This is a VERY basic property. Bath was what you would expect for low end property. You need to be a sound sleeper, if not avoid this property. Basically plywood. Budget friendly. It is fine as long as you know the downsides.

Hotel très bien situé tenu par une dame charmante. Joli jardin, seul point négatif, la salle de bain mérite d'être
