"Great value. Extremely well located. Some of the staff could be more friendly, but overall it was great. Eco-friendly (they keep older furniture instead of throwing out, the water bottles are re-fillable)! My standard room was small but I didn't need more. For lounging I used the lobby. I used it for business. All my downtown appointments were . Also, the airport express bus (route 500, leaves from terminal E) dropped me off right in front, and to get back to the airport, I walked only two blocks."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene muchos restaurantes y una gran alberca. Lo único que no nos gustó esta vez es que cada vez es más deficiente el servicio de buffet del desayuno y la calidad de room service. Ya parece un hotel con servicios de gama bussines con precios de hotel de alta gama"
