Feels like home stay

Brad and Jemma are amazing hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. They provided a nice cot for my baby and a high chair. I recommend their house 100%, and I would stay there again!

Amazing house

Brad’s house is just amazing and super clean . The neighborhood is really quite for a complete relax . Wish we could come back soon again . Brad and Jemma were really nice and friendly and always ready to help us with any necessity.

Very nice...

Brad and Jemma were lovely, lovely hosts. We stayed in their beautiful property and felt very welcomed. The house is extremely clean and well laid out. We loved the outdoor lawn area and table. Communications were great.

Absolutely Stunning!

Beautiful house, in a great spot away from the businesses that Byron Bay can be. Short walk to the beaches nearby and super easy to get into town with the bus being around the corner! Absolutely divine stay :)

Wow! the perfect place

We stayed here after travelling from the UK to meet up with our son and his partner who we hadn’t seen for 15 months and wanted somewhere we could relax and spend the time catching up and we wasn’t disappointed !!! The house is fabulous - extremely clean, beautifully decorated with lots of lovely touches - all the rooms as well as the house itself is so well laid out and Jemma the owner made us so welcome. It was the perfect place and felt more like a home than a rental and add this to the location which is so close to everything but far enough away to be quiet we couldn’t recommend it more and would definitely look to stay again if we return to Byron Bay

Beautiful, clean and modern home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful well kept home. The aromatherapy there was delightful and the place was immaculately clean and tidy- a real home away from home. We’d love to visit again.

This is by far the best get away accommodation we had.

The property is fully decked out. Was a very humble and peaceful stay. The home demanded respect without even asking for it. I would definitely stay here again with my family of 6 next time I visit Byron Bay.

Beautifully appointed house

We had a fabulous time in Byron staying at this property. The house was beautiful appointed with everything you need when on holidays including beach towels. The beds were super comfortable and the house has an overall calming feel. Brad was easy to communicate with and helped with anything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful accommodation and very helpful hosts

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house, and found Suffolk Park to be a nice convenient place to stay (as long as you have a car available which we did!). The place had everything we needed and was beautifully presented. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were sparkly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The door locking system was also very easy to use once we had set up the app. The hosts were fantastic - amazing communication throughout. Brad was also very helpful with providing lovely recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink and seemed to genuinely care about making our stay great 😊 Only two minor concerns to note (but nothing that would stop us from returning again): a) The shower is lovely in terms of pressure, heat etc, but just a little annoying that the bath mat would get soaked/the whole floor would get really wet in there whenever we showered. b) Not everything in the kitchen has been cleaned properly when we arrived. We had to wash some of the cups from the cupboard as they were dirty when we took them out, and we went to use a couple of kitchen trays at one point and found them to be completely covered in oil/crumbs etc so they had clearly been put away without washing. Other than those two things, everything was fantastic and we would 100% recommend the place 😊

Great house in a very convenient location! We loved biking around the area and to the beach/shops. Easy and relaxed. The house was very comfortable and relaxing especially for our teenagers having their own space to chill out. An ideal spot for our family.

Perfection!

Perfect spot, everything you could want in a stay. Short drive into Byron or a longish walk, only wish we brought our bikes. Brad was always extremely helpful and fast to communicate back with answers to all my questions. Would recommend this highly and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful modern family home with everything your heart desires

My young family and I enjoyed our stay at Brad & Jemma’s home. It was clear they had invested alot of love and care into their property and had thought about every detail and comfort for their guests. From the soft sheets and pillows to the decor of stunning artwork and furnishings. Brad & Jemma’s home was conveniently located, situated close to a new pump track for skate/bike riders and a sweet little corner store. Only 8-10 minutes drive away from Byron bay’s main strip filled with friendly, smiling locals. Thank you for a memorable stay Brad & Jemma. We were so lucky to have found your wonderful home for our Christmas break.

Best Host and Awesome Property

I can not find one fault or negative comment on the property or the host. Definitely be staying here again! The property was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Everything we needed to escape the city for a get away. Beds were comfy, lounge room was perfect for a relaxing time. Overall the property felt like a home away from home. Brad was an amazing host, considerate and approachable. It made it great to have a host that was welcoming and helpful from the beginning to the end. Brad was helpful by providing an induction of the property and equipment. Overall, could not ask for a better host than Brad.

Thank you Brad and Jemma for sharing your peaceful and well appointed home! Every detail taken care of. The property was like our own private resort - beautiful tropical gardens, luxe linen and super comfy beds. We loved that the location is only minutes drive to Byron centre and Suffolk Park with heaps of options for foraging super healthy and organic local produce and cafes. The highlight of our stay was our mornings of private yoga practice and guided meditation with Jemma. Would highly recommend adding this to a stay for an authentic wholistic Byron experience under masterful guidance. Have found our ‘happy place’! Will be back in a heartbeat 💗
