Der er fisk :)
Det er lidt ude i den tynde ende og når det så er sagt så er standarden god pæn og rent. Vi havde værelse med bad men det fælles så nu fint ud så det kan også gå for friluft mennesket … bymennesker de skal slet ikke bevæge sig så langt ud på Island ;)

This is a nice, quiet location in the middle of a very small town. As in many Icelandic hotels, the "double bed" was two twin beds pushed together. The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear the neighbor coughing, but otherwise no complaints. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. There were a surprising number of guests for the relative remoteness of the location. The whole area is clearly on the brink of becoming more touristy, so enjoy the peace and quiet, and the relative sense of being in "real" Iceland, while you can.

Easy to check in/out, the cafe across the street is great, it's a pretty little town in a picturesque setting. The food is great, parking is pretty easy.

Though the room for a solo traveler was relatively small, i but 1 f I t was super clean, I could adjust the heat, the bed and bedding were comfortable. and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

Great little stay for a night or two. We had a room above the restaurant, which unfortunately made our room reek of fish every night. If you are not a fan of that smell maybe ask for a room in the building across the street. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful and welcoming.

This place was awesome! It was clean, modern, and simple. I had a simple fish soup at their resturaunt and it turned to be one of the best Ive had in iceland. I will definitely come back again if I have the choice.

The owner had anticipated that we would need a reservation for dinner at their restaurant and when we came for dinner he had a table ready for us! The dinner was one of the best in Iceland! Loved it!

Adorable hotel. People are great! Food at the Fisherman was amazing! Try the fish soup. It's very very quiet and there's not a lot to do and it is a drive but it's beautiful.

Fish dinner is good. Neighboring apartment young adults were having a party. It was a Friday night. Attached bathroom suit a little pricey.

Clean, comfy and spacious room with a sink, the dhared batgroom was immaculate and the underfloor heating was so noce. Best fish and chips we've ever eaten at the hotel restaurant

i wish we could've stayed longer!
such a charming place! i wish we could've stayed longer! we had to make a long drive to airport early next morning. missed out on breakfast but they kindly packed us something to enjoy on the road. stay here! you will love it!

This hotel is located at a very beautiful small village in a fjord in NW Iceland. Hotel serve great breakfast and rooms are clean.

Når man booker et ophold i et af de med afsides områder på Island, forventes det som udgangspunkt at hotellet kan tilbyde det, de lover på deres hjemmeside. Fisherman skulle have café, restaurant,smagsture og specialiteter m.m.....alt var lukket. Når man ankommer sidst på dage, med forventning om at der er mulighed for at få noget at spise, bliver man slemt skuffet. Nøglen kan afhentes i en kiosk, hvor der kan købes snack. Her ved de intet om hvad der er årsagen til de lukkede faciliteter. Det betyder at man skal køre til den nærmeste by (30 min.) for at få noget at spise. Ekstremt dårlig service.
