House 'Boathouse on the Müritzarm' with Lake View, Private Terrace & Motorboat (4 HP)

Fantastic boathouse set among reeds in a stunning location, built on stilts directly over the water of the Müritzarm. You can fish from both the jetty and the terrace—eel, zander, pike, perch, and many other fish are abundant here. A sauna is also available.



The house includes a motorboat with a 4 HP petrol engine. The boat is not available during frost. The large Müritz lake is about 1,000 meters away, while the small Müritz is just a stone’s throw away. Refresh yourselves in the cool water using the bathing ladder from the jetty.



The boathouse is 600 meters from the village of Vipperow, where you’ll find a small shop for fresh bread rolls, newspapers, and other essentials. A restaurant opened in 2019. Supermarkets for daily needs are in Rechlin (3 km). The town of Röbel is 9 km away and easily reached by bike, with a scenic route along the Müritz. In summer, you can often watch ospreys catching fish. Beautiful boat tours, for example to Nebelsee, lead through pristine rivers and forests. Via the Hamburg–Berlin motorway towards Rostock (A19), exit Röbel, it’s just 17 km to Vipperow. You may also arrive with your own boat—please inform the host via the booking platform.



Note: From early November to late April, only filtered lake water is available in the house, not drinking water.
