"The property was beautiful and our accommodations were wonderful. The only issue we had was nothing to do with this property. It was not easily accessible to town by foot. We went to the Chestertown Community page and asked about Uber accessibility and were told 24/7. We came to Chestertown by boat, no vehicle. We had a 2 mile walk to town to get something to eat. "

"Wonderful place for family and pets. We really enjoyed the house and location. Check-in was very easy as you get a code for the door. They had snacks in the kitchen for our arrival which was a nice touch. House is decorated nicely. The central A/C and window units in the bedroom keep the whole house as cool as you need. Highly recommend!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 "

"Our favorite place thus far! Quaint, clean, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and the best deck and dock. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Absolutely lovely, a great place for my family and dogs to spend quality time. The river is beautiful! Can’t wait to go back! "

"My husband and I were there for our anniversary weekend. Hosts were very friendly, had good recommendations, and place was modern and clean! We enjoyed the beach area, sunsets and walks in the neighborhood. We brought our own kayaks and fished... caught lots of catfish!! We brought our bikes for Chesapeake City.We enjoyed the Bohemia Manor Winery nearby. Great sunsets and great memories! Thanks again! "

"Our group of 16 friends and family had a wonderful time. The kids, ages 6 to 11, had their own quarters downstairs with plenty to keep them busy. The pool facilities and kayaks/SUP were a lot of fun on the river. We couldn’t have asked for a better layout for both fun and relaxation. Hope we can come back again!"
