The common space and rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. Very out of date. Cleanliness was poor, lots of dust in areas that should be dust free. The walls (interior and exterior) are incredibly thin. I could hear everything from the rooms beside my room as well as the general traffic from the near by intersection. If you're a light sleeper, you are going to have a bad time here.

The room was a little outdated but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets crisp clean. In the bathroom there was no hair dryer and the water pressure in the shower head was not strong and weak. We arrived at hotel in the evening and near entrance the big garbage bins were overflowing with garbage and by the next morning when we left they still had not been emptied. We were looking for a hotel to stay for the night while in our travels and would stay only less than 12 hours in the room and it was fine for our needs.

The photos were grossly misleading, área was dirty. Hallways reeked of pot and the room smelled of must. It was so gross that we walked in and the walked out and did not stay. Do not stay here for any other reason than to party. Brutal.

This is not the 1st time we stay there. Over time it has lost its appeal. The outside is nice looking but unfortunately, the upkeep of the place, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hallway, the lobby and main entrance and even the outside steps have not been properly cleaned in a long time. It's the little things that count... clean floors, clear windows, finished baseboard work and sealed cracks in doors, dusting of any flat surfaces... Also, too complicated to work the TV - it should be turn on and change channels and volume as you wish... had to push buttons directly on tv (hard to find) to turn tv on and off and to change the volume. And make sure to follow allllll the instructions to make your own coffee otherwise the machine won't work. And, very noisy between rooms and upstairs... no sound barrier indoors and outdoors. Sorry. Even at a low price hotel, there should be some pride in the cleanliness and care about the noise.

The restaurant/ lounge was great as was the coffee shop . The front desk personnel were great as well.and front desk area was clean. The front and rear stairs on the other hand were littered with trash and mud, Our room was dusty, the microwave was dirty and around the faucets there was facial hair from the previous guest. Better housekeeping would bring better reviews.hair dryers in the rooms would also be an idea

The convenience of location to my stops. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom i.e., shower area. Three adults occupied the room with insufficient towels. It was expected for us to go daily to get fresh towels. I guess we needed to reissue our towels which would not be an issue if they were dried in a timely fashion.

I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They will ask for a deposit, hold it, refuse to refund it and blame everyone and everything but themselves for this. It's been 3 weeks since I stayed there and they still haven't fixed this. Expedia should delist them. The room was infested with ants (in December) and the room was if poor quality. Their "breakfast nook" area had a giant out of service sign that has been there for months probably and it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 90's

Very nice reasonably priced hotel. The rooms are a good size and in good shape. The bathrooms are clean. The hotel previously (and still promotes a free breakfast but seems to have discontinued providing anything. However, there is coffee in the rooms.

The room itself was so dirty we slept on top of the beds. The mirrors are covered in dirt & finger prints, there is garbage on the floor, the bathroom Countertop was not wiped down and the base of the shower was so dirty we were afraid to shower. We were exhausted after driving 19 hours or we would never have stayed. Also please be careful as the ad says pet friendly but only some rooms are pet.friendly. The staff tried to refuse my dog until I showed them the add and showed them I had called ahead when I booked to make sure it was pet friendly. They then charged me an additional $15 fee above what I paid online. Do not book this motel unless you are desperate with no other options

We arrived in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we mentioned we would walk to a store to buy some milk he googled up the store and told us exactly how far it was. We appreciated that extra effort on his part. Saved us from walking farther than we had anticipated on a chilly night after a long drive.

Room was very dirty. There was garbage left in the room. The hallways carpets weren’t kept clean didn’t seem cleaned at all during my 2 night stay. I don’t recommend this place.

Given the $90/night (cnd$) my expectations were realistic in that that the room would be ok but dated and with some cosmetic flaws and that is what I got. The room was tidy but not spotless, and the bed was comfy. The tub/shower was old and there was mould on the caulking around the tub. I’ve stayed in some rough places in my life so am tolerant of minor deficiencies. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t be able to bring my wife… her standards are much higher than mine. In summary I got what I paid for.
