"I booked this hotel, and then found out that I needed to stay in a different area 2 hours away. I tried to cancel with the hotel and also thru Hotels.com with 2+ weeks of when I was to stay there and they refused to refund me, and so did Hotels.com Thus making me lose money on a 2 night stay that ..."

"The key card did not work. It took some time to get a key that worked for the door. The bathroom had a terrible odour as it had 3 or 4 urinal discs sitting on a ledge above the door. Check out was 10 am which is very early."
