"The key card did not work. It took some time to get a key that worked for the door. The bathroom had a terrible odour as it had 3 or 4 urinal discs sitting on a ledge above the door. Check out was 10 am which is very early."

"They could not find the booking or my Name on their visiter List! They Even did not listen to me. To be friendly goes different! So we had to find another Hotel to stay!"
