房費不低（四人房要18000） 但無論是浴袍，個人池，或是遊戲區的項目都要額外收錢，感覺很不佳。 帶不足六歲的小孩去，同一個房間也需要加價NT$2500。 連泳圈以及在池畔旁的座位都要收錢。 觀感很差！ 可能團客價格比較便宜，但散客去，就不必了！ 泳池的動線很不佳，看到一大堆人在下雨天爬上爬下的。

刷下去，這旅程絕對不會讓人失望！
出乎意料的高品質，對得起繳出的房費。雖然住宿過程中遇到了蟲蟲危機，但是房務人員的積極以及飯店的誠意足以抹消旅程中的意外，最後！再次向工作人員說聲辛苦了，也謝謝飯店三天兩夜的照顧。

環境優美, 適合放鬆
整體環境優美, 適合放鬆的好地方. 房間安排的面向比較差, 看出去是一般住宅而且被一戶名宅的尖銳邊角對著, 往外看時感覺比較差, 只能關上窗戶了, 同時在房間下方不遠處的建築物有著兩座排氣大風扇, 會發出惱人的聲響, 睡覺時只能將兩層窗戶緊緊關上. 訂購此飯店時一定要跟他們要求要面向中庭的房型, 這樣才能看見飯店美麗的一面, 也隨時可以開窗通風, 採光也比較好.

房間池子有白色不明黏著物，顯然清潔未確實，換房間後池子依然有毛髮，非常糟糕。退房時櫃檯竟無任何道歉的舉動，一付理所當然的樣子。夜宵燒烤組，雞肉完全沒有汁，蝦子不知放多久了，早餐時候服務員還差點把我們的餐點送到別桌去，整個飯店有超過一半的服務員都呈現恍神狀態，最糟糕的一次體驗，沒有更差只有最差。

2020年のサービスの方がより良かった
昨年宿泊し設備やサービスが良く気に入ったので台湾コロナ禍明けで泊まりに行きました。全体としてはリラックスして過ごせたのですが、コロナ対策に気を取られてか以前良かったサービス無くなっていたり有料になったりしていました。もっとホームページなどで案内して欲しいです。 1 送迎　直行バスが減便のため羅東駅前まで往復送迎をお願いしました。これは時間も適切で車も快適なので良かったです。 2 リゾート用ビーチサンダル 前回まではお部屋に無料で配置されていて、ホームページにも特に注釈が無かったので持参せずに行ったらなんと有料販売に。大したお金では無いもののがっかりした旨を伝えたら結果提供してくれましたが、最初から込みにしてくれた方が良いと思いました。 3 プールサイド 以前は先着順で使えたソファー席が1000元と有料に。遊泳プール以外はソーシャルディスタンスを保ってもマスク必須です。 4 朝食 洋食とお粥は美味しいですが、チキン麺は麺と鶏肉の味がほとんど無くクオリティにギャップがありました。 5 VIPアクセス フロントで認識されず、ホームページの説明を見せてようやく確認作業に入ったのでチェックインがややもたついたのが惜しいです。 せっかく素晴らしい施設を持っているので、今後の改善に期待します。
