This house is ideal for spending wonderful days near the beach and the mountains, in a quiet and peaceful environment. The property has two floors and features a spacious garden and barbecue area. It is suitable for both adults and children, and is located in a beautiful seaside village, surrounded by nature and just 7 km from the beaches. Relaxation and tranquility are guaranteed as it is set in a peaceful area. There are also several nearby points of interest, such as the Soplao Caves, Santillana del Mar, San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas, the Villapresente labyrinth, Cartes, Santander, Cabárceno Park, Vega de Pas, Liérganes, Potes with the Santa Catalina viewpoint and mythological park, and the Liébana Valley, among others.



The house is prepared to accommodate up to 10 people and offers a spacious area with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The living room has a dining table and two large sofas.



The 35 m² porch allows you to enjoy games like billiards or table football, have a drink at the bars, dine, or simply relax in the afternoon. The house offers two kitchens: one inside and one on the porch, making it easy to have barbecues at any time.



Pets are not allowed.



Next to the house you will find a gas station where you can buy bread and various items. There is also a pharmacy and a bar where you can enjoy a snack, tapas, or a daily menu with homemade food. Just 5 km away is Suances beach, perfect for a day at the beach and an evening out in its bars and restaurants.
