"The room was clean and the shower worked well (although personal preference I wasn't a fan of the shower curtain!). They provided a fan in the room which was needed with the heat. All the staff were lovely and they even carried our big suitcase up the stairs for us! Enjoyed are stay and located in a wonderful location."

"The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included. They were off on a short family break leaving the In Laws to cover Breakfast etc. Incl checking out and settling the bill 'if this had not already been done with David or Lorna before they had left'. Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us."

"Bit of an issue getting into the property as we arrived quite late but thought the pub would still be open. Sorted out quickly without a problem though.
