Great place to stay. Very quiet, beautiful landscaping, amazing views & sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to cook. Communication was great…very responsive. I loved the way the place was decorated with all the dog & lake-themed decor. We were very comfortable & grateful we could bring our 2 small dogs. Spectacular Views

This is such a nice home. The room configuration of the beds worked great for our group. My husband and I took the bedroom & bathdownstairs which was more secluded and allowed us to give our kids and grandkids all the sleeve upstairs. Anthony and Tony were so responsive and helpful with the home Door County area. The hope was very clean and is stocked very well. I would say stocked better than any other house we have rented, from laundry soap to kitchen supplies they had everything available.The views from the deck were the best part of this home. Could sit there all day if the kids would let me and just take in that view. The stairs down to the water weren't as difficult as i thought they might be. The kids loved it down by the water. Thank you Anthony for letting us enjoy your home.

Property was well equipped with everything you could think of. Very comfortable! Views were amazing and in a very secluded and quiet area. Plenty of eagle and pelicans flying by which I loved. Close to all the attractions in upper door country. I honestly can’t say enough about the host and his management. Best I’ve ever worked with. Communication and check in was a plus. Thanks Cozzi family for a great memorable time at your place! Will definitely stay again.

Unforgettable stay!

We recently stayed at the property with our group of 11. kids to adults, property was PERFECT for everyone! The house is decorated immaculately & has all the amenities you’d need. There is a large room on the second floor that has the most beautiful views to wake up to of the water! We spent most our time when we were at the house enjoying the INCREDIBLE views of the water from the deck that had a very clean hot tub. We had smores every night by fire pit that had comfortable chairs, & we loved taking in the stunning sunsets from down by the water where the kids paddle boarded. & we walked on the rocks. Water shoes recommended as the rocks can be slippery. We rented a boat from Wave Point Marina where Chris made it extremely easy for our group to get out. They rent 4 or 8 hours. We really enjoyed how peaceful it was at the house & on the water. We also highly recommend going to Cave Point park & WhiteFish Bay Dunes. The beach at the dunes is on lake mI & the sand is beautiful & white, & the water is so clean & blue!!! Shopping downtown was so great at the shops down on 3rd street. On Saturdays they have a HUGE farmers market that was awesome! We loved dinner at Donny Glidens if you love supper clubs, & views of lake MI. more casual Sonny’s we also highly recommend in sturgeon Bay.. Scaturos bakery had awesome take & bake meals as well as delicious baked goods. All in all this stay was 100/10. From the house, & the host & all the activities in the area. We can’t wait to go bac

A Little Bit of Door County Heaven

All of the bells and whistles, and great responsiveness from the owners. It's clear that the hosts care about their guest's experience! Our group had one grandparent, three adult siblings and their partners, and four kids (13, 13, 12, 11). The layout of the house was: - Basement: separate bedroom with King, full bath, full sized laundry and dryer, living room with games and TV. -Main floor: bedroom with King, full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room. Second floor: bedroom with King (open loft so not fully enclosed FYI for any light sleepers, but gorgeous view) connected to full bath, including tub; bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle; bedroom with Queen. We put our two small-ish girls on the bottom bunk as that is a larger bed, one boy on the top twin bunk, and one boy on the trundle. We spent the first night cooking dinner (kitchen has all pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, foil/saran, measuring cups, drinking cups, etc. we needed) and eating on the amazing deck, followed by fabulous hot-tubbing looking at the stars. Separate fluffy towels provided! The next day we brought our inflatables down to the lake. Very serene and calm. As with all lake swimming I recommend wearing water shoes for slipperiness from seaweed/algae on the rock shore. Lovely temperature. A very decent grocery store with great meat selection 15 minutes down the road. Propane and wood provided. They even had extending forks for s'more making in the fire pit! LOVED IT!

Extended Family Getaway

Spending time down by the lake and in the hot tub were our favorites! So many memories made to last a lifetime! Each evening was spent enjoying the spectacular view of the sunset over the lake.

Relaxing family vacation

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this property. All communications with the owners was great. The house was clean and roomy enough for our large group. Large deck and hot tub were great for relaxing. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful setting. Sunsets were gorgeous. Large dining room table was great for board game nights. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

The views at this rental are unbeatable. We enjoyed our coffee by the water in the morning, a sunset campfire, and unwinding in the hot tub at the end of the day. Hosts were very friendly and we can’t wait to book again!

Great home, stunning views, fantastic experience.

Our group had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay in Sturgeon Bay - largely, in part, due to the hospitality of our hosts! Prior to our trip, communication with Anthony was a breeze. Hetook great care in setting everything up for our check-in. As first time visitors to Door County, that was a huge plus! Though we didn't utilize the garage for our cars, it was incredibly neat and ready to use. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely welcome note and gift. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessary supplies, and the accommodations were really comfortable. We made use of all the fantastic outdoor amenities - the chairs, fire pit, dining table, and hot tub - to take in the gorgeous views of the bay. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience. We're grateful to have stayed and look forward to visiting again the future!

Outstanding experience

What a wonderful place to stay for our group of 10 from 3 generations. Beautiful home, well appointed, great location to lower Door County and Green Bay. Beds are comfortable, sunsets are spectacular. Tony and Anthony were excellent communicators and made sure we were well cared for. Highly recommend the hot tub! The master bedroom has an incredible view, but can get bright on the mornings. Already plan to return next year!
