"Hotel para negocios . Esta en mitad de.la.nada al.lado de.la.autopista. No hay anda alrededro eata en una zon industrial de.oficinas. Nonte dejan botellas.de.agua en la.habitacion ,solo te dejan una jarra para que la.llens en un dispensador que hay en el pasillo( lo.ointa como ecologico , pero ea maa que nada para ahorrarse.el.agua que ponen de corteaia en todos los hoteles. En cambio el bar vende botellas de.agua de.cristal . Algo ilogico. Por.lo demas hotel muy tranquilo y buen servicio"

"Was very convenient to visit the Mulgrave private Hospital. It was quiet and I felt safe."

"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"

"DANGEROUS HEALTH HAZARD: Parasite Risk, Filth, unpleasant. Stayed 3 times for work, but never again. This hotel is a severe health and safety nightmare. Health & Water: The water quality is appalling. After using the tap on my last day, I suffered a violent gastrointestinal reaction. The shower water is so harsh it "burnt" my skin barrier. The room provided a rusty, broken kettle, forcing me to use my own spring water until it ran out. Safety & Hygiene: Every stay involved cockroaches and thick...

"Internet was ok but not the fastest. The rooms were well appointed but things missing in kitchen that it needed, like egg flip, peeler, serving spoons, teaspoons. The bathroom needed facewashers. Said in compendium that mini services done daily with towel replacements if wanted. Never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there, no towel changes. Plenty of secure parking but to access garage you had to get out of car , walk around to passenger side to tap fob to control panel so gate would go up....

"Room is clean, the living and dining area look exactly like pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The parking lot looks safe. The check-in and check-out process were considered smooth. My only complaint is the noise from the renovation from upstairs unit at 7am."

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you."
