"We liked all the facilities and the staff were lovely, for us a room with a balcony with afternoon sun would have been nice, but thats a minor point, our biggest irritation was a family sat next to us in the dining area, who let their young child run around screaming, picking up serving utensils and dropping them on the floor, the parents then put them back in the food area to be reused, not ideal for guests using the utensils afterwards and dangerous having a young child running around with...

"I recently stayed at Active Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. "Fantastic staff, very warmth. They kept attention to all details, always with a big smile. The location was really good, in the centre of the beautiful Fulpmes and near to the bus stop. Good location also for going to ski to Schlick 2000, only 5 minutes using the completely free bus. Very comfortable room and the heater worked really well in all the building. Very good breakfast. Everything was very clean and tidy… I felt absolutely at home. I highly recommend this hotel. "
