- Enjoy the ocean breeze from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1st floor unit, elevated above the parking garage with ocean views. This beach retreat is newly carpeted, comfortably furnished and well equipped. Miles of sandy beaches just steps away from the condominium and a heated pool to relax and unwind after a busy day taking advantage of all that our area has to offer. Spoonbill prohibits smoking anywhere on Spoonbill premises.

Last minute
We were able to add a week to our vacation and this was perfect! The accommodations were great, nice new refrigerator and toaster oven/air fryer. Everything was clean. The balcony was nice and big. The pool and beach were awesome. Overall great stay.

Perfect location. Great condo with nice views and very easy access to the beach. Just a short walk and you're in the sand! A very comfortable condo that is well equipped. All questions and needs were answered quickly & positively. Thank-You!!

Great spot on the beach
Great location, pool and direct beach access. Wonderful view from the balcony. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Getting a bit dated / needs some fixes and maintenance (balcony doors stuck shut) but generally all good

Location and view
Our room was clean and comfortable and equipped with beach towels, umbrellas, both for the rain and the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay, our family of 5, for r nights. The view was perfect, we saw bunnies from our balcony besides the sunrise every morning, it was picturesque. The walk from the pool to the beach looks intimidating in the picture but it's actually short.
The location is great, we were within 15 miles of restaurants, museums and live entertainment.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No water, no fan, no shower, rusty refrigerator
Spoonbill 2108 is nicely decorated, but we had a few issues during our stay. First there was a water main break which meant NO WATER for hours, TWICE!!!!! The ceiling fan did not work and the shower head was cracked, causing water
to spray everywhere. These items were fixed the next day but it was a hassle to be there for the repairman. The cleanliness issues were the carpeting and the front door, which was so filthy that I cleaned it myself as I was embarrassed to have people come and see it. The refrigerator was rusted inside and out. The location was great and the beach and weather were wonderful.
