VRBO stay

Pros:fantastic access to both the ocean and river (private river beach).huge amount of toys-kayaks, fishing equipment, snorkeling, etc. way too many to even list. the kids didn't leave the area of the beach house because there was so much to do.well stocked kitchen and amenities-exce;t for 2 things.fantastic parking access. we had 3 large vechiles and had no problem with parking off the street. this is rare. a huge upstairs room for the older kidsexcellent directions posted on everythingCons:no air fryer. This is mandatory in this day and age-especially with childrenno tupperware to speak ofway too much clutter; beach decor is cute but it takes up space and we put most of it away so we could use the space. Get rid of the clutter!The pictures made it looks spacious and the number of people cited that the house could accommodate is misleading. The house could accommodate that many people if they didn't bring anything but a swim suit. I emailed Al Roberts before we left and I did not get a reply/acknowledgementalthough there were excellent directions on everything, there was nothing on the checkout process. for instance, we made sure the towels were washed, everything was picked up and put back where it belonged. we tried to leave the beachhouse in good shape.

Family beach week

The house is clean & has great amenities! It’s Florida weather worn but everything was in working order. The host/manager was amazing & supplies whatever you need. When it says it is supplied that did mean you don’t need to buy basic condiments, cooking supplies or coffee. Most will give a day or so of those items to get you going but they had plenty for the week. Having both the Atlantic side & River side was perfect for the kids. We tied a boat up to the dock for a couple days. Overall, this was a great place for our family of 12.

Christmas 2024 at the Beach!

Loved the location, plenty of room for my entire growing family! Home was well stocked with supplies and beach toys. Loved the Sandy beach on the bay and firepit.

Let's Celebrate - In-Laws 65th Anniversary, 90th & 85th Birthdays!

Surprise celebration -- steak dinner and photos at my brother & sister-in-law's house on Friday. Family beach day on Saturday featuring Nana's famous spaghetti for Lunch. It was an amazing weekend! Lots of fun was had by all -- kids and adults! Gemini House is an awesome property -- it has it all! Inside is beautiful, very spacious and full of character with spectacular Ocean views! The location is perfect -- it is situated between the Ocean and Bay with access to both! No shortage of outside fun, from sun-bathing at the beach to kayaking in the bay - water toys galore, from kids to adults!! A full place for all! Can't wait to go back!

Perfect home for a family vacation

Our entire family, ages 13 through 78 had an incredible vacation! The home is exactly as pictured and the description was spot on. The amenities at the house provide hours of entertainment and the location is perfect with a beach and river side. Al, our host, was great and we really appreciated the special touch to help celebrate our parents 56th anniversary. We’ve stayed at several homes over the years and we will definitely book again with Al.

Wonderful vacation at Gemini Beach

My extended family ranging from toddler to 80-somethings absolutely enjoyed our week long vacation staying at the Gemini Beach house and the next-door house. The houses was generously stocked with everything we needed to have the best time, the house itself was super comfortable with a great layout, and the location was excellent with access to both a gorgeous beach on the Atlantic side and a super fun play area with dock on the lagoon side. Both the pool by the house and the pool on the lagoon side were loved by everyone. In addition to the house being so wonderful, everything we could want or need was closeby within short driving distance. Best of all, the property manager was super responsive answering any questions or addressing any needs. 10 out of 10 we'd recommend Gemini Beach for a wonderful vacation!

Family vaca

Everything was perfect with the exception of a few things. Silver fish spotted in the bedroom top floor No removable shower head except in Master Sand fleas but thats part of being at the beach Bathroom vents need to be dusted/cleaned However with those few con’s we still rate it a 5 star due to the endless amenities and tons of quality linens! The location was also great for us! We truly enjoyed our stay and we will do it again! Thank you!!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

It is so close to the ocean. We loved having our morning coffee and evening drinks just watching the ocean on the front porch. Saw the dolphins every day. Pool on both sides was amazing! Our guys fished from the dock on the river side every day! Master bedrooms were on the main level which was so good for us seniors. Gemini Beach was so perfect!

Most amazing vacation property

No words to describe how this property exceeded any expectation we had coming in for our family vacation! They have thought of everything and have everything and anything you could think of, may have forgotten or simply didn’t think of. Steps from the ocean, private river front and dock. Basically, it was a small piece of heaven perfect for our family vacation! 1,000/10 rating. We will be going back!

Family vacation with a variety of ages to entertain

We usually stay in Fort Myers Beach, however 2 years ago our condo was destroyed. We had to fond something quick last year and we stayed up near the pan handle. It was too cold. This year, do to some changes our trip was booked last minute but we were always going to be going. We found availability at the MacArthur property and boy did it exceed our expectations. From every cute little detail of the property to all the things you "may forget". Gemini Beach House had it covered. Swim diapers, sun screen, a few waters to get you started. A welcoming basket. Beach towels galore. You have it at your home, theyve got it there. Wonderful, comfy feel.

Wonderful Retreat

We booked this house for a work retreat. The house was clean and well-stocked. Most of the bedrooms were on the main floor and the large bunk room was upstairs with an amazing panoramic view. The bedding was clean and comfortable and there were more than enough towels and dinnerware for everyone. My only regret was that we did not have time to use the water toys/equipment because of our meetings. Communication was prompt and clear. Check out was a breeze.
