Beach get away

We loved our stay here. This home has everything we could need, including so many beach and pool items and child safety items. They went above and beyond on making sure we could have anything needed, and you could tell they thought through what guests would like or need for a stay and tried to include it (toiletries, bug spray, paper plates and cups, coffee pods, laundry supplies, and so much more). The property manager was very quick in communication, responsive, and active in taking care of any needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t be beat! This property has EVERYTHING!!

I’ve been renting for decades, and this is by far the best property and location we’ve ever stayed in! I have never seen a house so well stocked from the inside to the outdoor it has everything! We stayed with our family ranging from grandparents who needed an elevator to infant, and all the ages in between, and everyone completely agreed this house is amazing! The kitchen has everything there are tons of towels, there, beach towels, and all of the amenities in the bathrooms. We had space to spread out and also gather. The hot tub/pool hybrid was a hit. And it is shaded in the afternoon from the sun. The views of the ocean are spectacular. The rental company was responsive, and took care of everything! You just get to walk away without doing chores all the last day! A total win! Will definitely book again!

Family Reunion

Extensive amenities. Great central living space with multiple sleeping options. Fabulous, responsive service. Particularly appreciated the walk-away, don’t bother to clean up finale. Would definitely stay with them again!

Wonderful Stay!

There were 17 of us ranging from 12 to 90 and this house had everything we could have ever wanted. From the sleeping arrangements to the water toys and bikes to the kitchen and amenities, this house was perfect. Al was wonderful and attentive with any questions we had; would HIGHLY recommend.

Christmas Family Gathering

Great property for large family gathering over xmas. Kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed. Appreciated all the little things that were there for us. bikes were great! Very happy with our stay.

Amazing and Includes Everything

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. We had 16 people ranging from 3 months to 96 years old. The house provided everything, the host was extremely thorough and responsive and views were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be back again for sure.

Play in cleanliness!

If you're looking for a playground on the beach, this is it! The amount of recreational activities and amenities was incredible. Ping pong, billiards, darts, hot tub, foosball, putting range, bikes, mini gym, board games and more! All on the beach. The TVs in the bedrooms were enormous! The house was spotless. Impeccable. The cleaning fee is worth it. They must have a superstar team who handles tidiness, deep cleaning, organizing outside toys, etc. The best part? Checkout. No expectation of stripping sheets, cleaning out the fridge, rounding up the garbage cans, etc. It was such a stress relief not to have to focus on what would have to be handled the next morning while getting all of our guests on board with it. That often happens on the eve of the departure. ALL owners of vacation homes should do this. Every one of our guests was wowed by that. Wish we would have had a few extra days. So much to do that I'd have liked more time to work our way thru the games and such. We will definitely book again when staying down that way. Thanks for setting the bar high!

Amazing Family Reunion!

Our family of 12 people, ranging in age from 12 to 84, had an amazing time at this house! It had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the location couldn't have been better. We did use Chef Ryan for an in home cooked meal and two additional drop off meals, it made planning a breeze and we were able to enjoy each other's company stress free. I would highly recommend this house, everyone already wants to go back!

Beautiful property. We had 3 generations staying at the home. Plenty of room and lots to do for everyone! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking large family meals. The beach was wonderful. Awesome vacation! Thank you!

Superior in every way!

This house was truly amazing. Everything needed plus more was provided. From sandals to towels to kitchen supplies to games for the whole family plus so much more. Excellent time for our family from 3 - 80!!

Perfect home for large groups

We have six couples that go on an annual vacation together and this home was perfect for our large group. Enough room to gather all together, but also room enough to spread out if we needed some quiet time. When this listing says the home comes “pre-stocked” with essentials, they really mean it! We were even greeted with a welcome basket that had snacks, a towel and other goodies. It was fabulous! Any toy that you would need was also available and believe me, they were put to good use! Al, the manager, was awesome as well. He was very quick to respond to any need that we had. There was a storm that came through that blew some debris in the plunge pool. Within the hour, there was someone there to clean it out. I just cannot state how wonderful our stay was and we would love to do it again!

Renew and refresh!

College friends for over 40 years. House is amazing! Getting away after the holidays to relax and spend time with friends and the sun is the best medicine. Stress free because nothing to pack but a swimsuit and casual clothes. Every other detail imaginable is provided. This was our second year with this property group and we are ready to book again.

Perfect family vacation

This place was immaculate and had everything we needed - EVERYTHING - including every kind of toy we normally have to rent for an additional fee - bikes, kayaks, life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, heat for the pool. The beach path is short and lovely. The beach was gorgeous, amenities nearby. They also provided staples we normally have to purchase - laundry soap, paper towels, TP, sunscreen (!), bug repellent, spices, foil and Saran Wrap, dishwasher soap, even COFFEE and bottled water. The garage was an unending delight for all ages on a thoroughly rainy day - heated plunge pool, ping pong, foosball, fire table, putting green, porch swings, $50 credit for directTV movie rentals. THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT UNDONE! They even had a checkout list of absolutely NOTHING TO DO! We just walked out, happy as could possibly be. We will refer friends and we will be back!

Wonderful family vacation

Perfect home for our family of 13 ranging from 19 months to 77! So many amenities and activities provided to make it fun and easy. This home was exceptionally equipped compared to any other rental we have experienced. The property manager was so responsive and the few issues we had were handled immediately. Even though our weather was not perfect, there was much to keep us busy at the house - games, ping pong, pool table, plunge pool, etc. As we did not go out to dinner I highly recommend Chef Ryan Liepa - he cooked one meal at the house and brought another meal (tacos) to be heated up the next night. Also did delivery from Uncle Giuseppe’s Lil Bit of Brooklyn which was great.

Family Beach Trip

Amazing location, house, and amenities. Could not have asked for a better week-long stay that had ages ranging from 2-74. Beach was easy to access and all needs were available at the house. House is solidly built and allowed for secluded sleeping options depending on needs. Will absolutely book again. Communication with ownership team is superb. Have booked houses all over the world and this is the best experience we have ever had!
