You had not been to a vacation home before that had an automated "self check-in process", so you were a bit confused that I was not there to personally greet you. Thank you for such a balanced & thoughtful review, that provides so much useful information to anyone considering a stay with us . . . . . . . . . . . . On behalf of our cleaning-and-resupply company that works so extremely hard, and takes such immense pride in their work, thank you so much for your observation of how "super clean" the house was ... that is truly music to their ears. . . . . . . . . . . . . You also make a good point that these directly-on-the-beach beach houses aren't cheap. (No, "cheap" they certainly aren't!) ... ... Beach Houses in Paradise targets the higher-end luxury market, and the typical scenario is either a large multi-generational family -- or perhaps even multiple families -- sharing a beach house together, splitting the costs and sharing in expenses. (In your case, where there were only two adult siblings in this large home for more than a week, and zero kids, I can see how a week or so, it must have felt expensive and perhaps even boring!) . . . . . . . . . . . . Thanks also for clarifying what is already stated in our listing, that jetskis and boats -- while available -- are not included for free with the home. (There is a local rental operation very conveniently located just north of the home's dock) For insurance reasons, we'd rather let guests rent boats and/or jetskis -- if and when they desire -- rather than add $500/day to the cost of the vacation rental itself [that's how crazy insurance costs are on the beach in Florida!] . . . . . . . . . . . . As to such things as a lack of great seafood restaurants, taste is always subjective of course, but on that score you also make a great point, and one worth considering by anyone considering a stay with Beach Houses in Paradise: Stuart Florida is definitely NOT Miami, New York, Chicago, Atlanta or some other big city stuffed with zillions of culinary options, three-Michelin restaurants, and celebrity chefs. Our town -- known as "America's Happiest Seaside City" and also as "Florida's Mayberry" -- is on the outer fringe of the Miami/Ft.Lauderdale/West Palm Beach metropolis ... we're the last stop on the northern edge of that region, before you reach rural Florida. Many of the local seafood restaurants buy their fresh catch right from the fishing boats that sail into our inlet, so you won't find fresher seafood anywhere. (unless you're enjoying the dinner you caught on the home's dock, that is) . . . . . . . . Thank you again for your review

Thank you for the kind words, and for your observation that As Good as it Gets isn't that spacious. That's helpful for prospective vacationers and renters to know, as in terms of indoor square footage, AGAIG is, indeed, the smallest property in our inventory. It is also the best-located and most highly-reviewed beach house in our inventory, and also provides the best 360-degree all-water sunrise-to-sunset views . . . (ugh, trade-offs!) For those considering bringing a large group to this home, I recommend watching the Virtual-Tour Preview Video that appears in our listing that walks you through every single room inside the house, as well as drone footage that captures the expansiveness of all the outdoor recreation areas. (Note: the video is easier to find if you are using a desktop or laptop computer, rather than a mobile device). The video, plus the architectural floor plan that is presented among our photos, are great tools for planning nighttime sleeping accommodations ... as this is when things can feel cramped for a large group.
