El manager muy abusivo cuando se trataba del desyuno, a las 10 pm ya no se podía hacer buya , no recomiendo el lugar

Breakfast is from 0630 to 0930 AM. mon to Friday and from 0700 to 1000 AM weekends. we do not cook food beyond that but you are always welcome to take what is left over till 1030- 11 AM., depending how busy we are and status of clean up. - thank you for staying with us, we appreciate your business.

Me encanto el hotel la habitación excelente volveré en lod proximos meses, lo unico que no me gustó es la piscina el agua estaba fria

Muy buen lugar
Muy buen lugar en lo general con alberca y gimnasio. Tambien tiene estacionamiento gratis y la ubicación está a pie de la avenida principal.

La limpieza es lo mejor, no hay mucho personal que atienda, especialmente a la hora del desayuno. No hacen la reposicion de los productos a tiempo

Buen sitio para descansar mientras continuas tu viaje, no te dejes llevar por el “desayuno incluido” solo ofrecen pan viejo o bagels, no ofrecen nada más, es demasiado austero.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable but in need of some updates and re-painting. Jojo, the guest service manager, and pretty much everything else was very attentive and accommodating. He really tried his best with what he could offer. Holiday Inn owners should pay that man more. This location could do a little better with the breakfast options, especially since the pancake machine was out of service.

Overall it was a good experience, my wife liked the breakfast a lot, we love the pool for our kid. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise early in the morning say 3 am and 4 am but I understand it's out of you control.

Property staff was nice and accommodating. The only thing was our room smelled like old mildew and the first night we stayed my family and I woke up coughing and sneezing. We asked to change to another room in which the property management team was happy to accommodate. However, once we got back to our room, our new room, it has to smell old and like mildew there was creeks on the ceiling and tape on the AC units overall 3.5 stars probably wouldn’t stay again. It was a nice location right outside the Pocono mountains if you wanted to stay outside of the resorts.

fire alarms went off 3 times within in about an hour. manager on duty would just override the alarm. For a newer hotel this was not the experience we had envisioned. The hot tub was closed and the next morning when we were going to let our kids swim in the pool it was closed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping, food, ski and water parks. Our room was clean. The pool at the hotel was out of service for two days for some hours. We left the hotel for lunch and when we returned we could not enter our room, we had to go back down to the front desk and was told that our key card was wiped out completely. The lady at the front desk had to reactivate our key cards. Upon check out my husband forgot his jewelry in the room. He called the hotel the same day and they stated to him that housekeeping did not find anything left in the room. My husband ask if they could check the room again and he told them exactly where it was placed and left. The housekeeping manager stated that she searched the room again and she did not find it. My family and I would not be staying at this hotel again.

Unable to accommodate a change of room when we weren’t happy with the gas smell in our room. We understand sometimes it’s hard and the hotel is booked but for what we are paying there has to be room for understanding and trying to at least accommodate… what are we paying for then ? Luckily able to find another hotel who was very accommodating in such short notice. Now I’m waiting on my refund from Expedia

Property has been renovated and is very nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard for Holiday Inn but good.
