"Booked and paid for a triple room and was given a double room! This room was not in the savoy hotel that I booked! We were taken to another hotel! Took almost 2 hours of waiting to be checked in! Bathroom floor flooded due to no rubber being fitted to the shower glass! The way staff dealt with paying ..."
