"Hotel is very tired, room requested was not ready and was told we needed to wait even though it was 1 hour 20 minutes after check in opened. We agreed to an alternative room with twin beds pushed together even we requested a double. The breakfast was good., didn't bother with the spa as it was in a different building."

"It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

"The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived, the room was lovely and you could see and smell how clean it was. We went for dinner in the meal was really good with good presentation and tasted lovely.
Our breakfast was a very good size, there was plenty of variety to choose from too. All in all and great stay and we have already booked to go back."

"The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation.
