"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville."

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! The main house was spacious, spotless, and perfectly set up to accommodate our group of 14 comfortably. "This cabin is perfect for a stay for a small family or couple. All necessary accommodations are available the environment was so cozy and clean. The host has good communication and was willing to accommodate our dog that recently got hurt right before our trip and our child whom we had to take our trip. The host even offered a Air mattress if needed. This is a highly recommended VRBO and I would definitely stay again at this location! "

"I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again."

"We were just a group of adults but I assume kids would well here. There is lovely patio/balcony off the living that was delightful although the mornings were a bit to crisp for coffee on the balcony but we ate lunches around the table. The house would accommodate a large number of guests. There are bedrooms off bedrooms which wouldn’t bother us. The kitchen was well equipped. Check in and check out was a breeze. We were there for a wedding and showed the place to friends looking for places...

If you want to unwind, relax, find yourself and hust revonnect with nature this is an absolutely beautiful accomodation. It's everything described in the listing if not more. Linda is an amazing hostess. The home is immaculate and stocked with everything you would need. Now for the surrounding grounds...photos do not do it justice. Stunning!!"
