"My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...

"This is our 2nd time staying here and it does not disappoint. Always enjoy the ducks and birds and this time we saw an otter and a bunny. This is a cozy and charming place to spend a few days and enjoy the area without all the crowds of the summer and fall."
