Accommodations were perfect for what we planned for. Close to everything. Quiet, clean, very comfortable. Host was responsive to texts and very accommodating. Fire place was a great touch. Wasn’t able to take advantage of all amenities, but if you’re a skier, this is a perfect location and the lockers on the main floor for equipment, nice little mud room in unit to take off the rest of your gear is a great touch! Would love to come back for another visit! You will too!

Great condo in great location! Check in super easy and no major tasks upon check out. We appreciate Kristin's hospitality and would recommend staying in her condo to anyone with a small family. Clean, comfortable, close to Stratton amenities.

Beautiful condo w/ attention to detail

Amazing weekend at Stratton Mountain! The condo was beautiful and the attention to detail was perfect. We enjoyed making dinners, playing board games and enjoying our coffee out on the deck. Five Star VRBO Rental

This is a very lovely and clean home. Unit is well equipped with all the comforts of home. I was fortunate to spend 3 months there this past summer and called it my “home away from home”. There is a view of Stratton Mountain from the dining room area. I am hoping to visit again next year and I highly recommend this rental.

Long getaway weekend

It was a really nice condo with all the amenities we wanted. Very clean and comfortable and everyone had their space. We were the only people in our building so super quiet. Note: this late in hiking season and not quite ski season - many restaurants were closed even when Google said they were open. Just be prepared - we had a great time anyway!

Great condo at Stratton

We spent an extra long weekend at this condo, and it was great. The location at the Stratton resort made both Manchester, VT and great outdoor activities easily in reach. The condo itself was clean and well-kept. The beds are really comfy, the kitchen is well appointed with all the dishes, pots,pans, etc you might need, and the balcony is a lovely spot for relaxing or a meal. A few recommendations for future renters: the nearby athletic facility is great, and we enjoyed swimming in the pool twice. Tell them you are staying in a condo, and you might get a better daily rate to use it as we did. The condo is well provisioned, but if you are staying more than a couple of nights, bring toilet paper. You won’t need much else besides food, and for a meal out, check out Johnny Seesaw’s restaurant- about 20 minutes away, and it’s a lovely spot with great food. We had a fabulous time here and Christine was a great host!

Wonderful!

Our stay was an absolute dream here! Very east checkin and good communication beforehand. Home was very clean and cared for. Everything was perfect and well thought out. We were looking at the mountain one morning and really wanted to see what was up there and boom - binoculars on the game shelf. I cannot wait to come back to Stratton and when we do, will stay in this exact location. Easy walk to the village! Thank you for making our weekend so wonderful!

Vantage Point, Stratton VT

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the property. Very clean and well stocked dishes, utensils, condiments, pasta, tea, coffee, etc. Great view of the mountain off the back deck, Rooms were a good size. Unit was stocked with wood too. Perfect for a family with 2-3 kids, Kids bedroom had a large bed and two bunks suitable for smaller kids. Great access to the mountain and right on the shuttle loop, pick you up right outside! Highly recommended

Ski weekend

We loved this place! Came for a four day ski weekend with our 3 young kids. The location is great, and the shuttle to/from the mountain is so easy. The unit is even better in person, such a lovely space with so much attention to detail. Everything we needed was there... even games, dvds and toys for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome basket was so thoughtful. We can’t wait to come back for another fun ski trip!

Nice condo w Mountain View

The condo was in pristine condition. It was nicely furnished & decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels were high quality & the owner added nice touches (coffee, tea, condiments, bathroom essentials) that made our stay very comfortable. From the deck and dining room you could see the Stratton slopes. Older people should know it’s about 24+ steps to the front door.

Fall stay

We stayed in the property and loved it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The property was very clean and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. Stratton is beautiful and we hope to be back soon and stay in the same property again!

Perfect little ski condo

What a lovely condo this is! We rented it for three weeks over the summer, and were so pleased. The owner is very thoughtful, and the kitchen was filled with all of the staples we could have needed. She also left behind pasta and sauce, hot chocolate, coffee and granola bars, so if we had shown up late without stopping for supplies, we would have been fine. We used the fireplace pretty regularly in the evening, and the large pile of wood and the stocked wood shed outside was very helpful. There were lots of throw blankets and pillows that we used to keep comfy while playing board game and watching the movies that were also supplied. The back porch fit our three outdoor chairs comfortably, and there was also a bistro tables with two chairs. The only downside we noticed to this condo community is that there are no outdoor grills allowed. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay

We loved this clean and comfy condo and it served as the perfect homebase for all of our explorations and activities in the Manchester area. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo had many thoughtful touches, and there is a lovely view of Stratton from the dining area. Great nearby hiking as well. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Charming comfy well stocked condo

We loved our three week stay here! The owner thoughtfully left us snacks, coffee, hot cocoa as well as a simple pasta with red sauce, so if we hadn’t made it to the grocery before check in we would have had the opportunity to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with all of your staples, so cooking in is easy. The large separate bedrooms give some privacy at the end of the day and the tv with a basic gaming system and a well stocked board game shelf allows the children to retreat while the parents watch one of the many movies left in the living room. We spent a lot of time on the back porch overlooking the mountain. It’s walking distance to the gym and tennis courts, which was perfect for us. Super clean, and the dishwasher and laundry made it easy to keep up. There’s an AC in the living room, which was nice on one or two nights, but we made more use of the fully stocked pile of firewood. The only downside we noticed was the lack of a grill, as the condo community doesn’t allow them. We really loved our time here.
