This classic walk on/ski off condo has everything you need for an epic Stratton weekend! For those who love to ski/ride, just grab your gear and walk right outside to the lift! If you`d rather sit this one out, grab a coat and walk to the Village for snacks and drinks! • 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8 across 4 beds & 2 extra mattresses) • 2 bathrooms • Walk/Ski on/off (Tamarack) • Walk to town • 3 TVs • Games • 2 outside sitting areas

Kick back and relax in this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt in the heart of Stratton Mountain. With the Tamarack lift just outside your back window this home will have you craving those 1st tracks from the moment you arrive! Beginner, no problem, you also have walking access (same distance as Tamarack) to the Villager bunny lift! PLEASE NOTE: You must walk to both lifts. In high season you`ll be able to ski down to the side entry door. Beginning and end of season you will have to walk to and from the lift. About a 75 yard walk to either lift.
If being on the slopes isn`t for you, just toss on a jacket and walk into the Village. After a short 2-3 minute walk you`ll find a number of places to shop, eat, drink and people watch!
When you arrive home after whatever you decided to do for the day, lighten your load in the entry room with plenty of hooks and hangers for all your outside gear. Not the greatest weather for you, or maybe too great and you worked up more of a sweat than usual? This is also where you`ll find you`ll washer and dryer.
Just another step inside and you`ll hang a left to the large 2nd bathroom with a tub and to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, private deck and a large TV.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, a private entrance/exit door and 2 additional mattresses in case you had a couple more people tag along!
Back the other way and further into the apt we go. On the right you`ll have your kitchen with everything you`ll need to stay in and cook yourself a mouth watering meal.
Just another few steps down the main hallway and you`ll make another left to the 1st bathroom and master bedroom.
This bedroom boasts a king bed, exit to the main outside deck and a large TV.
This master bathroom also comes complete with a bathtub for your unwinding, soaking sore muscles needs.
Lastly, if you pop back out the main area you`ll be looking at your dining room and living room space. Here you`ll find another large TV, your wood burning fire place, and the main entrance out to your large deck.
This handicapped accessible rental has a step free entrance and an elevator up to your floor. Once inside everything is on 1 level. However, I should point out that there are bath tubs in each bathroom and not just walk-in showers.

PETS: SORRY! As much as we LOVE being pet friendly, we are unable to host your fur-babies in this unit due to HOA rules and extreme owner allergies. Please reach out to me about our pet friendly rentals on/around Stratton.
While a car is STRONGLY recommended, you are able to access this unit w/out a car. You will need to take a combination of trains, buses and/or private rides, but it`s doable.
TRANSPORTATION: SPRING: All or 4 wheel drive recommended for `mud season`. SUMMER/FALL: Any car/motorcycle should be fine but keep in mind we have constantly changing terrain; dirt roads, paved, gravel, a mix of all 3, etc. WINTER: All or 4 wheel drive STRONGLY recommended. Some areas receive better plowing than others and there are some hills that, just front wheel drive, cars won`t make it up. No matter the season, PLEASE, always drive with caution!
TOW TRUCKS: Are not quick to get to you, especially in the winter but there will be info in your welcome book should you need one.
POSSIBLE RIDES: While we don`t have taxis, Ubers, etc. there ARE some local drivers who might be able to help. If you`re hoping to book some rides you can try `Mountain Drivers`. Sam is the owner and, last I heard, he has 10 drivers. Please let him know Kelton Collective sent you his way.
EV CHARGING: If bringing an EV, there are chargers set up directly across the street in Lot 1. These are only a 1 min walk back to the condo!
WILDLIFE: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including, but not limited to, deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
WEATHER: In the winter, there can be rain, snow, ice, and other inclement conditions. Please reach out with any questions.
POWER & INTERNET: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
TRASH: No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.
If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google: $500 CREDIT CARD HOLD - This will be applied 1 day before check-in and will serve as your security deposit. Funds will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout baring any damages.
If booking through Hostaway, VRBO, or Google: 4% CANCELATION FEE WILL APPLY FOR CANCELED RESERVATIONS REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU CANCEL.
