"It was a great stay in Loch Ness Gate House Apartment. There is very clean and spacious. Both the bedroom are very big. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. The decoration is also very tasteful. The best is the open kitchen. All cooking utensils are fully equipped, including salt, oil, sugar and dishwasher. I messeged the House from Hotels.com, and got a reply regarding the checkin arrangement 3 days before. I received a text messeged at 1400 on check in day from the House telling...

"Unique location ...close to Loch Ness boat tours, gas station/grocery about 2 blocks away and variety of restaurants. I recommend The Bothy for dinner. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues....up multiple flights of stairs...you should move on. Communication was great and arrival instructions clear. Combo washer and dryer was the only negative experience we had...instructions were left but had never used one before and couldn't get the hang of it....surely my error."

"When we first arrived the flat had the most horrendous stench, they tried to cover up with air freshener. There was a lot of mold in the washer and that took care of most of it. Also had problems with smoke detector, making cooking a bit difficult, but property management took care of everything in a timely manner and our stay wa perfect. Location couldn’t have been better and we were very very comfortable. Would recommend this place to my best friend!"
