"Very clean, and well kept static. Good size main bedroom with ensuite bathroom which was nice. The second bedroom is very small with tiny beds so if you have kids that are teens you may find it too cramped, an adult would certainly struggle to sleep on the beds. "We stayed here for 2 nights and we were very pleased with the property. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10 min walk into aviemore and 12 min drive to landmark adventure forest. The host communicted well, confirmed our booking with a personal text messge and contacted us on the day of arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent accommodation."

"We stayed for three nights while doing a cycling event in Inverness – three adults in total. The place was spotless, and the host gave really clear instructions which made everything easy. A big bonus was having access to the garage to safely store our bikes. The area is absolutely stunning, and we’re already planning to come back, this time with the family."

"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"

"Absolutely loved stopping here, it is such a fantastic location and a beautiful property to match. Arlene made us very welcome on check-in and showed us around the property and how things worked, we also got fresh eggs from Arlene's hens , which was a lovely touch Whilst here we visited Glen Moray distillery in Elgin, other distilleries are available, in fact there are loads around here.
