The Space:

This stunning property has two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a private sanctuary.Both bathrooms have top quality fittings and showers , The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, comprising a dining room and a fully integrated and equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals. For those needing to work, a dedicated workspace is also available .

Amazing views of the fields and woodland from the roof terrace over the stunning Warwickshire countryside and a fantastic sun trap and great place to sunbath in complete privacy. Private fenced parking within a private gated community.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom house, including both bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the open-plan living area, comprising a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to work. Step outside to the balcony or backyard for fresh air and relaxation. Additional amenities include a laundry room and private fenced parking within a private gated community. The property is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke detector, and wireless internet for your safety and comfort. Before check-in, guests are required to complete the Havanex pre-arrival process through our secure guest portal. This includes choosing either a £250 refundable security deposit or a £50 non-refundable damage waiver. Full details and payment instructions are provided securely through the guest portal before arrival.
