  • Nestled off the road on a wooded lot, this updated rancher offers everything a vacationer desires. It's a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The house sits on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Northumberland Strait. You can spend your evening watching the cruise ships sail out!!

    This house features 3 bedrooms on the first floor including a top notch master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private deck. The kitchen is completely updated with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances.Downstairs offers another large bedroom, 3 piece bathroom and an in-wall 7.1 surround sound entertainment room with a bar. Another private deck awaits you with a stunning water view.

    This property is less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Charlottetown and walking distance to Kinlock beach and Fox Meadows golf course. Kinlock beach is a perfect spot to relax with young children and when the tide is low, you can watch them run around and collect hermit crabs. BEACH PASS TO NATIONAL PARKS INCLUDED WITH RENTAL

Our stay at Brodies place was great! The house was really quite lovely. Located in a quiet setting with room to play in the yard and a view of the ocean. All within easy access of Charlottetown and the beaches. We loved it here!

Great family vacation home

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home with its location, size and cleanliness. It was situated in a quiet setting with easy access to all the places we wanted to explore on PEI. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend his property to all.

Wonderful place to stay !

Very nice and comfortable home !Everything grogeries and beach very close .We were close to family. My adult kids and children got to explore the island .House was very spacious. Thanks we made great memories!

Great location

Enjoyed our time here, especially sitting out on deck with a coffee and a great view. Good location for daily sightseeing around the island. Would come back again. Brodie was an excellent host.

Accommodations were more than adequate for our group. Wide open concept was enjoyed by all, kitchen facilities were great, plenty of utensils, plates, glassware etc. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The location was great, only a short drive downtown Charlottetown.

Perfect Spot

My friends and I stayed with our kids who were going to hockey camp. It was a great space and great base to explore Charlottetown and surrounding areas and get our kids to and from camp everyday.

The cottage was exactly as stated, very clean, lots of linens, kitchen ware items. It was quiet, over looking the North Cumberland Straight which you could see from all 3 decks. The owners where very accommodating, responsive and ensured we had what we needed. Amenities where a 5 min drive away and 15 mins from airport. I would highly recommend this place, if we return we would most definitely stay there again.

A real gem!

Our 3 generation family was lucky to have the special home to stay in. Well equipped, huge outdoor space, and a family friendly interior. Brodie, the owner, was great to deal with- checking in to make sure everything was okay and quickly responding to any enquiries we had. I would highly recommend this gem of a property and we'll definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with gorgeous ocean views. The house was comfortable and big enough to house two families of four. The beach was a short walk and our teens loved exploring independently. Brodie was very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely PEI getaway!

This was very lovely home with plenty of room for 8 people and was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the balconey looking out over the strait. We also appreciated the fireplace during the cooler evenings. All was to our expectations and more. Brodie was quick to reply and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home to anyone!

Exactly As Advertised

This home was exactly as the pictures show. Lots of room, spacious, and clean. Amazing beach just down the street that we all enjoyed during low tide. Our vacation included everyone from grandparents to young grandchildren and there was room for everyone with space to spread out. We were able to be together as a group or get away if you wanted, all in the same home. Property owner is very responsive and will help you with anything you need at any time. Would definitely stay here again!

One million out of ten

We were two couples (siblings), our 83 year old mom and our 17year old neice/daughter. This house offered us huge spaces to cook and hang out together and plenty of room to do our own thing. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing as was the proximity to the beach for swimming. The main floor and decks made it easy for our mom to get around. It felt like we were in cottage country but we were still only 5 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Never heard the neighbours at all and the space was very private. Bonus points for cable tv along with all the other networks, lots of deck.chairs, air conditioning and a dehumidifier and great communication with Brodie!! We can't say enough good things about our experience.

Beautiful clean quiet home

Brodie was an excellent host providing so many extras for our vacation. He had park passes available for our use, and a fun PEI product welcome gift waiting for us upon our arrival We were 2 couples, seniors, so 1 stayed downstairs and the other couple upstairs. Allowed just the right amout of privacy in the evening to watch tv or read. The view was a bit covered with trees but could still see a boat etc on the water. Just a short trek down the road and we could walk the low tide red sand and Brodie provided a list of high tide and low tide times for us to view the changes. Also packable lawn chairs were even available for use if visiting a park or beach , concert etc. Certainly would stay again in beautiful Stratford at Brodies vrbo home. Just a short drive to all restaurants and grocery store for convenience. PEI landscape is absolutely stunning!

Great Vacation

From the beginning it has been a wonderful experience. The owner was accessible at all times if we had any questions and the house was great. We felt that is was a great location for us to travel anywhere on the island. The house was very spacious and well stocked

Stratford stay

The property was quiet and had lots of space—indoors and out—to enjoy time together or apart. The location of bedrooms and bathrooms was a huge asset in helping us to quickly prepare for daily road trips. The house's location was the perfect spot from which we could easily visit with family in the area, provided quick access in and out of Charlottetown, and was a great central location from which we could tour the Island. A great fit for us!

Lovely place and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was comfortable and well equipped, and was in a great location. It was spacious and comfortable. The nearby small beach was great for our family, our kids enjoyed exploring at low tide. It was a great rental. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!

This house is spacious and beautiful, the location is close to everything in Charlottetown. It is well furnished, lovely linens and towels, and has a well-appointed kitchen. Clean and ready to occupy. No air conditioning, but we found it quite cool even on warm days due to the proximity to the water. Large patio doors in both the master suite and the living room allowed for lots of breeze and fantastic views. Would definitely recommend.
