The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). "My host was very prompt in response to any question or concern and the place was exactly as described and was right where we needed to be for our activities. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if in Scottsdale. Quiet complex, clean and well taken care of."

"We are repeat renters & have been pleased with this property & amenities in the past. Unfortunately, our last stay was inconvenienced (at 3 separate times) by a water main break. Although this was not the fault of the owner we were forced to shower & etc. elsewhere. The owner did offer use of another property but it was too late. We have asked for an adjustment of one night’s rent but have had no response. Therefore, we cannot give this property a higher rating."
