Located in Ittenheim, 12-20 minutes from Strasbourg city centre, this house will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant time with family or friends, and relax while visiting our beautiful region.

• A totally private SPA area accessible 24 hours a day, with a 5-seater jacuzzi heated to 38°, an infrared sauna for 5 people and a video projector with Netflix (one-off fee of €50 for the entire stay),

• A garden with a pétanque court and a 35m² terrace including a sofa, garden furniture and Weber gas barbecue,

• A very large kitchen with living room of over 60m²,

• A high-end Sulpie brand table football in the living room,

• A beautiful ping-pong table,

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Four induction hobs,

• A large fridge,

• A freezer,

• A microwave oven,

• An oven,

• A dishwasher,

• All the crockery needed for 14 people (glasses, plates, pots, ...)

• A raclette and a stone grill,

• Four coffee machines (Senseo, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and filter),

The six bedrooms, including 1 mezzanine, have recently renewed bedding for optimal sleep. The composition of the beds is as follows:

• 6 double beds,

• 2 single beds,

making 14 sleeping places in real beds, plus 2 sofa beds as extra bedding in the living room.

The villa also offers:

• An air-conditioned living room with two large sofas and a 65-inch TV with Chromecast,

• A magnificent and very spacious bathroom with shower, large jacuzzi bathtub with bubbles, jets and light therapy,

• A classic bathroom with shower and sink,

• 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs in the bathroom,

• Washer and dryer,

• Free cot and baby chair, on request,

• 5 parking spaces.

Rental conditions:

• Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 11 am,

• Minimum 2 nights (exceptions possible outside weekends, please contact us),

• Pets allowed (€30 per animal), bowls provided, but not on the beds or sofas,

• No parties or events — quiet residential neighbourhood,

• No noise outside between 10 pm and 8 am, jacuzzi included,

• No smoking indoors; ashtray available on the terrace,

• Please do not eat in the bedrooms,

• Please clean the barbecue after use and turn the gas off,

• On departure: kitchen tidied, empty bottles taken to the recycling point.

Towels and coffee pods are provided.

If you can, one small gesture that helps our team a lot: gather the used sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases in a single bathroom.
